Consciousness is the only thing that matters. There might as well be infinite variance of different kinds of universes, but only the ones that can host conscious beings matter, the others might as well not exist because noone can ever experience them. Therefore you matter, I matter, everyone on this planet matter, we are the only beings that matter.
