when I was a kid,I'd ride the school bus home, and on the way home,Sometimes the bus driver would take different routes. And I'd see alien neighbourhoods. It always felt unsettling to me to see neighbourhoods that I wasn't familiar with. It felt like nobody lived in the houses I saw, like they were some other world, where there was nobody else. It didn't make sense there would be people living in those other houses unless a kid got off the bus at one. I didn't like the feeling of it. Everything always felt wrong. Especially going into a neighbourhood that I never saw before.
