lately i feel (literally) not myself. today i noticed a large freckle on my neck that was never there before. the evidence ive been replaced is there. i do not think anything like the person i was. the memories are very vague, they feel fake, in fact, i cant actually remember shit, mostly just some story line without imagery.

yep, you're just leveling up brother. I observe this since I was a kid, it just happens like pokemons shaping up.
