Sup /x/.
I'm bipolar, so my mind is kinda broken by default. But turns out, manic episodes granted me a gift that I keep trying to reproduce while normal - spontaneously going into a deep blissful trance, feeling like I am truly one with the universe, my brain suddenly dropping the feeling of where the border of my body is, and starting to treat it as a nebulous barely defined existence.
So I turn towards you, be it meditators, astral projectors, anyone who may have experienced trance. Do you have any tips on how to get there, and is there any music that you have used to reliably feel closer or help you enter the state?

I don't think I can go into trance my body/mind rejects it since there's some malevolence in it
