They're literally the reason this planet still exists and we haven't nuked ourselves out of existence like the last two times (Atlantis, Lemuria). I've learned from a lot of different Ufologists, Alien Abductees, Psychic Mediums and channelers over the years and that's pretty much what I've come to know about them from all the information I've absorbed from different alien books and people online. They're our closest relatives in this galaxy. They watch us and they work with our governments and even though disclosure has begun (which that in itself is surprising to me) we're still decades away from anyone in the government that isn't a outcasted whistle-blower even coming close to admitting that. We will actually be like them one day ourselves. Humans will eventually evolve past duality (evil, crime, addiction, disease, suffering) and we'll be just like them. We'll get time travel and UFOs and be able to self heal and have all that stuff they have and we'll watch over other human like planets that are wayyyy behind us. (I'm tryna put this in the most lamens terms possible.) They pretty much just watch us though, and give us little boosts here and there like with technology and upgrade our DNA through vaccines and outbreaks. A lot of the crashed UFO's are actually their way of giving us new technology because our military retrieves them then back-engineers them then the next thing you know we have iPhones and Wifi and VR. The literal device you typed this question on is one of their contributions. But, there's also lots of other life-forms and alien races out there, good and bad other than just them two. Remember, there's a whole galactic federation governing this solar system which is like the United Nations of alien life. THAT WE AREN'T EVEN A PART OF (YET). We have to evolve past religion, past war and past duality.
