Completely fucks up my energy and whole existence for like a month. Cruel people start popping up everywhere and things start to go poorly.
If you cosume so much, so often, that it destroys your ability to get fulfilment from regular things in life, because your reward system is highjacked, then yes.

>>42484736It's actually pretty hard to OD happy. Probably a manifestation thing, like you have to truly lose all will to live to actually die. I know because I've taken lethal doses of benzos mixed with booze and just lost memory for a bit. Then again the world has gone to shit, so maybe Hell is just a forked reality that only gradually goes to shit.
in my opinion it isn't the use of the substance itself. Having a drink occasionally while with your friends isn't going to nuke your spiritual progress. it's habitual use that puts your brain into a state of constantly being affected by the substance eithe rby being under the influence or wanting more.tho alchohol is uniquely worse in that it also probably causes some spiritual damage by numbing the senses and poisoning your brain. But even just caffeine kills your spirituality if you drink it to often.
