So, how do I get in touch with Artemis? Has anyone here worked with her before? Or perhaps some of you have worked with other Greek gods, or gods from other mythologies?
I’m planning to place a drawing of her and a moonstone at a crossroads in the woods and recite a short incantation. Is there anything else I should do?

Artemis never looks happy, to me.
>>
>>42485035
>worked with
Obnoxious cliche. More like "begged X spirit to uplift me."
>>
Lucifer already xxx Artemis. Per my knowledge

The "knowledge" of the Christcuck ignoramus is worthless.
>>

Personally, I've recently felt the call of Hecate, but if you're feeling the call of Artemis, I'd look into what she offered as sacrifices and what she calls for in prayers. I can't speak much on this topic, since I'm new to it as well, but I think starting there is a good place to start
>>
>>42491087
>what she offered as sacrifices
what she received as sacrifices, my bad
>>
>>42485602
"Worked with" is a phrase meant to distinguish the relationship Pagans have with their deities in contrast to the master slave relationship Abrahamics have with theirs. You say we beg, but the true begars are the billions making desperate pleas that go unanswered by the Tyrant.

She's a hunter right? Go hunt some deer
>>
>>42491228
it's a cringy cliché and a euphemism for bumming them to provide ways and means that you're too lazy or inept to manage on your own

people "work with" spirits like the homeless NEET "works with" the indian woman at the employment agency desk
>>

same entity

You worship a goddess who was tricked into killing her lover, by her own brother using the easiest trick in the book.
>>
>>42493618
Orion wasn't her brother, he was her simp. And that's just one myth that has several other versions to it.
Most of Artemis's myths seem to revolve around someone trying to rape her, and her killing the offender in response.
Also imo she shouldn't be viewed outside the virgin goddesses trio, cos the fact that her, Athena and Hestia were allegedly the only ones immune to Aphrodite's (lust) influence is the most important and most "esoteric" part of the whole narrative. It's also what christcucks modeled their "Virgin Mary" from.

>Athena and Hestia were allegedly the only ones immune to Aphrodite's (lust) influence is the most important and most "esoteric" part of the whole narrative.

all of the gods were free from aphrodite's influence, it was cupid with the power thanks to the arrow iirc.

>it's the most esoteric part

no
>>
>>42493661
I never said Orion was her brother retard.
>that's just one myth
OK? Which myth is the "correct" one?
>>
>>42493679
there's a shit ton of myths that almost immediately contradict each other, I wouldn't pay attention to modern interpretations since they're all heavily biased

I don’t like the term “worked with” but yes I know about the Gods and how to interact with them

If you are a man, forget about Artemis unless you are praying to the whole 12, or you are praying specifically for an animal or a girl/woman. I imagine there is a type of male she would like or respect, but I simply cannot imagine what that man would be like.

I think she may have driven me insane as a punishment for a broken oath. My own fuckup really. Ὅρκῳ μὴ χρῶ
>>
>>42493687
Why should I believe any of them?
>>
>>42493700
you probably shouldn't. but if you invest some time into reading the greeks you'll see which interpretation of the gods holds as an archetype. most greeks held homeric/hesiodic myth/characterization as almost scripture
>>
>>42493679
>I never said Orion was her brother retard.
Sorry, I misread. Kinda tired. But yes, in another myth Orion tried to rape her and he killed him.
>Which myth is the "correct" one?
They shouldn't be taken literally. You should see the general line, the vibe and the message.
>>
>>42493724
What's the message of Apollo trolling his sister into killing Orion? "Don't be a retard like this goddess we worship, because we worship retards for some reason?"
>>
>>42493741
He was trying to protect her chastity and prevent potential racemixing with a lower entity, I'd say.
>>
>>42491087
>Hecate

You’re going to troon out
>>
>>42493741
there's like 6 different variations of orion's death

>Orion's next journey took him to Crete where he hunted with Artemis and her mother Leto, and in the course of the hunt, threatened to kill every beast on Earth. Gaia objected and sent a giant scorpion to fight and kill Orion

>Homer's Iliad states Eos fell in love with Orion and took him to Delos where Artemis killed him.[35] Another has Orion challenge Artemis to a contest with the discus, and attempts to rape her or one of her attendants, Upis.[36] Aratus' Phaenomena conflates the elements of the myth: Orion attacks Artemis while hunting on Chios, and the scorpion kills him there.[37]
>>
>>42493820
Meanwhile Apollo tried to fuck multiple human women.
>>
>>42494142
Yes? Because for them a male "god" impregnating lesser/servant races was acceptable, but a female "goddess" being impregnated by such wasn't.
You can understand it literally as a precursor race eugenics or metaphorically as the common strategy of fucking your enemy's women but not letting yours to get fucked by enemy men.
>>
>>42493594
Nice deflection Christcuck. It is super funny to me because what you described more accurately describes Christian prayer than Pagan interactions. Of course you might say it only really applies to Catholics, but that is because Protestants have internalized that their God won't answer any request that would require him to actually DO something.
>>
>>42494054
That's Lilith not Hecate. Granted they share a lot of followers but they both secretly hate each other.
>>
>>42494054
Nuh uh
>>
>>42485035
>So, how do I get in touch with Artemis?
>...a moonstone at a crossroads
Isn't a crossroads associated with Hecate?
>>
>>42490420
I think he's talking about the Diana X Lucifer relationship described in the Aradia, so more early neopagan than christcuck.
Then again, treating astrological observations and mythopoetry as literal beliefs like he's doing is a very christian thing to do.
>>
>>42494054
Only those who fail Hecate's most basic trials end up trooning out.
Come on man, this is very basic shit.
>>
>>42493691
Alright, schizoman, i'll humor you so you can maybe share some insight.
Artemis been calling to me for some time; what does it mean?
I am literally a no life loser by societal standards.
>>
>>42485035
She's Isis. The Satanic Hivemind.
>>
>>42495298
NTA.
She's telling you to either go out and lose your virginity (because she doesn't like your virgin ass, and you losing your virginity is the easiest way for you to never contact her again), or go out and join the hunt like a real man.
The latter could mean a lot of things. Actually pick up a weapon and hunt something, or go out and earn your living through hard work, or go out and remedy a wrong done to you.
I dunno man, do some planetary work with Moon and Mercury and see what happens. To know thyself is to know the Gods.
>>
>>42495325
That's as shallow and vague as a fucking normie's advice
>if you're homeless, just buy a house lol

Also not a virgin also didn't seek her out or prayed to her.
I just know some mythology and shit and keep seeing patterns.
If shit was this easy to figure out, i wouldn't be asking the shaman.
>>
>>42495298
>>42495340
>I just know some mythology
>she's totes calling to me

x to doubt
>>
>>42495340
I'm telling you to learn about yourself and how you relate to the macrocosmos. The shaman won't mediate, he will only interpret. You can learn to do that yourself.
So yes, if you're homeless you look at your situation with honesty and seek solutions with conviction. Will you manifest money for a down payment out the ether? No. But in the process of introspection you will find what you need to put you in the right course.
It's the same here. You are noticing patterns, good. Act upon them. Sometimes it means opening the window to grab a bug, sometimes it means opening a book (or a youtube tab) to learn something.
I cannot tell you what Artemis or any God, including the ones I'm devout to and actively work with, truly wants from/with you. Anyone who says they can is at best offering an interpretation based on the information you feed them and at worst a charlatan trying to get the contents of your wallet or lead you astray.
What I can tell you is that sometimes the process of deciphering the message is the purpose of the message itself.
