First time posting here and dont know if this is the correct thread. Sorry in advance.
>They were my neighbor for like 18 years
>They recently moved to canada for greener pasture
>They went paddleboarding without lifejackets despite not knowing how to swim
>Whole neighborhood is theorizing that there was foul play because how do you drown in a like that has calm current and is only 3ft tall.
>Police and rescuers was unable to find them despite having the best underwater equipment and cameras.

Can someone with expert lake knowlegde tell me the plausible reason on why they havent been found yet?

I can see how it’s plausible for somebody to drown in such shallow, calm water if they don’t know how to swim. There are different kinds of muds in lakes and some can get you stuck. If they fell forward in like a brainlet and got stuck and were also inexperienced with water and mud, I guess I could see somebody panicking and dying.
That would be a body that was easy to find, though. There’s no reason those bodies should still be missing if the water was calm. What the fuck?

Abduction could be the cause, but then by who and why were they taken?
It doesn't make sense, but I've heard rumors of people disappearing from national parks, and cities and such, and there are theories attached to these disappearances relating to "abduction by genotype".
It's something to consider, but I cannot prove what I am saying either.
It's only a theory I read about.

Just push your legs out of the paddle boat
Not hard

Sounds like alien abduction or they ran away
Does the family have a big insurance policy on the deceased?

It does seem impossible doesn't it i can't think of an explanation but i do know that realistically you could down in a cup of water if the situation is right obviously that's extremely extremely unlikely but it's possible I'm pretty sure people have downed in puddles before but in that casr it would be something like being unconscious causing it. I dunno very weird. I can't imagine it even if you can't swim just stand up? Sit up? Anything?

>3ft lake
It’s got a maximum depth of 30ft you fucking spastic. Tragic. Not paranormal.
