Little daily post to keep things going.Been trying to add proper physical exercise in my filled day.Not fully there yet, but going pretty well.Short today, but again, i gotta trust the process.

My practice besides mental focused training has been, in general, procrastinated or skipped due to issues and obligations I've also slightly lurked the general and bumped it, but was too out of it to share or interact. Not that I had something proper ready at all.I'll say some actual stuff briefly. Seems better for keeping the thing on catalog lol. Also short writing doesn't eat up enough time to break your rhythm or act as a distraction. The Pomodoro librarian way.

This one gets extra attention because I know what you dirty fuckers are about.As a surprise for a 10 year plus apathy and depression run : Actual desire to do things I seem to like. No "oh, the long time benefits of doing this thing I used to like, I guess. Oh, the health gains of exercise" but actually liking things and enjoying the think rather than the idea of future accomplishments that never actually feel good.Basically solved how to win every argument. Solving the socialization stress in general.Way less screens eating my brain.Better visualization and dream insight/x/ stuff gains??and more!"Time skips" still happen, but the clock "runs slower" when not.
>>42494090Sure, i am going to sleep but i will leave you with this question anon.How you surpass laziness and i mean the laziness of doing LOTS of things but still feeling the pull down.Of course, you can power over it and there is other answers.But i think this can help me and many anons much more than other questions.Story wise, i am currently writting my own novel, studying in a technical course for eletronics, working a job in automation in the maintence team at the stage and too making exercise and studying to go in a militar path(more specifically the militar firefighters)Still, its not easy and any weakness pulls me down a few steps.How one could keep on going non stop(of course i will rest, but first do all this)Also resist things like bad foods or wasting time.Bless you
