THIS ENTIRE FILM IS A SILENT HILL RIPOFF AND I HATE THAT NO ONE IS MENTIONING THIS. THE ENTIRE PARANORMAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR BUILD UP AND EXPLANATION IS ALMOST EXACTLY THAT (IF NOT EXACTLY BECAUSE OF THE NEW LORE) OF WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SILENT HILL GAMES. ONE OF THE CHARACTERS OF THE FILM IS LITERALLY NAMED MARY, A MELANCHOLIC WITH POSSIBLE PARANORMAL ELEMENTS ATTACHED TO HER, JUST LIKE THE SILENT HILL CHARACTER. WHY ISNT ANYONE TALKING ABOUT THIS I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING INSANE.

There were two movies that came out I think in the same year. Too lazy to check. But they are bad times at El Royale and looking glass. Both featured spoiler alert mirrors that were one sided see through in hotel. It’s weird how the same ideas get created at the same time with the people likely unknowingly with each other. Just as the pyramids.

I just saw this movie today and now I'm having trouble sleeping because I keep having really disturbing intrusive visions. I remember seeing a post last month about how some horror movies would be coming out soon that are spells. In 1998 a russian author wrote a story about psychic people in Moskov who can go to the "twilight", a kind of near dimension that is similar to the normal world but not totally. Locked doors are open in the twilight, it's dark and gloomy, and rooms and streets are often empty. The people who go there are not visible any more to normal people.It has silent hill and backroom vibes, but was written before both.
