Is there a substance as spiritually debased as caffeine. I feel like it's partly responsible for the disenchanted workd view and probably suppresses are psychic abilities. To turn us into obedient pawns. Want proof it's the only drug goy masters supply at work sometes even free if charge

I used to regularly but it started giving me violent stomach cramps so I switched to tea.

I feel a lot calmer since I quit.
No longer irritated over trivial things.
Also I find it odd that caffeine is touted as a drug to aid concentration.
I found my ability to concentrate on books skyrocketed after I quit.
>>
>>42498780
Unless you're drinking herbal tea — tea also has caffeine. It has less of it, but it still does.
>>
>>42498790
It has some caffeine yeah, but it's not as much and makes me happy. I drink the dragon pearl Jasmine, it's a combo of green and white teas.
>>
>>42498786
Personally, I finally sleep decently since I quit coffee. I also workout regularly, but cutting coffee made the biggest difference. Night and day.
>>
>>42498804
Pretty blessed tea selection I gotta say

I keep trying to get into alcohol for social stuff but it just tastes like dog piss
>>
I can't tolerate coffee anymore so I drink japanese green tea instead
>>
>>42498981
diet cola has caffeine, retarde
>>
I mostly just drink water and fruit juice.

Personally I like lemon ginger

>>

>>42499404
You guys seriously think its the caffeine that's the problem with coffee, and not the spiritual parasites that Moloch personally staples to every individual bean?
>>
>>42500215
It could be both
>>
Tons of people need coffee to function, they can't start their day without it and if they need to stay awake, they can just drink coffee. Somehow it's never affected me though. Nicotine, on the other hand, definitely affects me.
>>
>>42500444
I'm the complete opposite. Nicotine has never done anything for me and I've never really understood how people get addicted to it.
>>
>>42498786
It has chemicals in it?!?!?!

>literally everything is made with chemicals
>>
Coffee is very healthy.

>caffeine is a common trigger for migraine and other types of headache
Gee that's funny, I've suffered migraines my whole life and the stuff that works best against them is a mix of aspirin and caffeine

>>42500564
Anon, what if I told you...YOU ARE CHEMICLES
>>
>>42498780
This to...
>>42498786
Hopefully once I quit longer this will be true for me right now at 3 weeks I'm past the worst withdrawal but it's way harder to focus on things I find boring even tho I can focus on things I like. But perhaps that is how it is supposed to be and getting locked in on boring things is peak goy after all.
>>42498804
Peak it's my fav but more expensive maybye since I'll be having caffeine once a week or less depending on how much I can have without developing a dependence again I can afford it.
>>42500215
Yes because communion with subconscious is a key component of most mystical systems and caffeine suppresses it.
>>42500588
>Puts his faith in big tech
Just a reminder they very much made a bunch of fraud studies about cigarettes being good for you. And psycho spiritual damage is even harder to empirically prove
>>
>>42498754
I drink some cold coffee whenever I start having a headache. I have found that is helps subdue it most of the time and I prefer that over taking a paracetamol pill. I still dont like the taste though and judge people who drink coffee obsessively the same way I judge all addicts
>>
>>42500588
The (((studies))) also show jacking off reduces stress and reeuces the chance of prostate cancer. We're talking about spiritual implications here. If you can show me a study or personal anecdote about coffee in relation to spiritual pursits or paranormal occurances feel free.
>>
>>42498754
My increase in coffee consumption directly correlates to my increase in book reading. Now I drink 2-3 cups during my reading sessions.
I'm pretty much never stressed and I have vivid dreams.
If you're having problems OP listed, I would say it's more directly correlated to social media usage and pessimistic thinking rather than caffeine.
>>
>>42498824
kind of you to say
i recommend Harney & Sons
>>
>>42501082
This is the first year of my life I actually started drinking coffee regularly, and I've read 4 books a month instead of the usual 1-3 per year.

Coffee is associated with wagecucking. Drink more coffee, work more, give them more money, waste more of your life.
I do drink coffee and do work and see no way out. Besides anhero.

So what's worse, drinking coffee, or pumpkin spice lattes?
>>
They legit coerce you into drinking that crap and assimilating as if it's a mandatory step for adulting.
Those bastards even dare to give you sugar stained by their filthy coffee and spoons drenched in saliva. Acquaintances, comrades, fuck all that crap since when did I agree to have your saliva in my mouth? What next, getting french kissed as a gesture of politeness and commiecomradery????? God fucking damn it, I have no respect for corporate beverages or those retards.

Where do you think coffee energy comes from? Coffee is the metabolic equivalent of getting a (((loan))). You get to feel rich for a bit, but you still gotta pay it back or get another loan.

Needing coffee to function is one of the symptoms of your nervous system being fried from to much caffeine and goes a way when you quit.

>>42501082
I've found combining reduction or elimination of social media and decreasing caffeine is the best result. Also cutting down caffeine makes my brain have a harder time focusing on stupid click bait reddit threads or whatever so makes cutting out social media easier. Where as caffeine tricks me into liking goyslop.
>>
>>42502293
Pumpkin spice lattes. Because they are seasonal, therefore not committed to our pleasure.
>>
>>42498754
I drink coffee now and then and barely eat because the rothchilds decides to give me some weird ibs back in 2021. I eat even a literal finger tip sized bite of anything and I get a mild bloated fleeting and an immediate reaction but produce nothing, only enemas can flush me out and make me feel better physically and mentally. Its starting to make me want to an hero because even the most healthiest stuff still does it.

72 hour dry fast while prayer to god will fix it
>>
coffee is fine in moderation

anything under 350 mg of caffiene a day is fine unless you have some pre-existing condition that you need to be concerned about

touch grass my friend
>>
>>42505584
NTA but I am considering going on an extended dry fast, for the purposes of purifying body, mind and spirit. Body wise I want to heal certain ailments, namely a skin allergy and a yeast infection. I am aware from previous experiences that oral thrush intensifies during fasting but it subsides afterwards when I start eating again. This time I'm planning on fasting as long as necessary to thoroughly cleanse myself, but I am also driven by a curiosity to see how long I can keep it going and if I can get to the point of inducing a psychedelic experience.

Try sunfiber. I developed real bad IBS several years ago, tried looking around for stuff OTHER than prescription meds to help, found a few studies on sunfiber. It doesn't make the IBS go away but it alleviates it makes the symptoms less severe/frequent. Pic related is the stuff I take.
>>
>>42505745
literally just stop eating and drinking right now. right at this exact moment. interspirsed with praying and meditating and go until this time tomorrow. no "considering", no "as long as i can". bullshit. start right now and go 24h. just do it
>>
>>42503693
Not to completely disregard cutting caffeine could be beneficial for you, but I don't think the correlation between cutting it and having an easier time avoiding click bait things is 1:1
I think it's more-so increases your brain's need for stimulation, and the easiest option for that is mindless scrolling and such. If you're being intellectually stimulated in others ways (reading, writing, researching, or some other mental activity like chess) I would say caffeine is definitely a positive. You just have to be aware of how you're stimulating your brain while consuming it.

most ibs cases are caused by sibo. the rest are mostly caused by mindbody syndrome (tms). mine began due to tms and eventually developed into sibo
>>
>>42505994
Id say that goes for any stimulant really, not just caffeine.
The guy who made Dwarf Fortress has said he did meth to put longer hours into developing it.
I knew a guy who would do meth and tweak on ebikes when they were first coming out and a modification he made at like 2 in the morning twacked out is responsible for a law in california regarding ebikes now. Forget which one.
I, on the other hand, when I was doing meth, once got caught up in the inescapable whirlpool of hyper focus meth can provide and ended up not showing up to where I needed to be at all, because I suddenly thought it was a good idea to make a little lighter holster out of duct tape that would attach to your belt.

Good times. So yeah, stimulants can provide a hyper focus that can potentially be very productive, so long as you're able to utilize the discipline to stay on track.

I can't stand it; the stench is as disgusting as cooked ape shit, so bad that I skipped breakfast for over half my life until I had my own house because the world I grew up in reeked of boiled eggs and coffee in the morning. The two together smell like a bucket of cooked shit; I'm not exaggerating. Just the thought of that disgusting stench makes me want to puke. Most people can’t relate to that. They actually find the shitty smell of coffee appetizing, wtf. I tried coffee once, it tastes just as shitty as it smells! Why does everyone drink it? Seriously. You show up in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, and there’s nothing there - BUT there’s definitely coffee somewhere. No matter where you go, they at least have coffee. If I’d been offered beer as often as coffee in my life, I’d have been a heavy alcoholic by the time I was 20. I’ve always refused coffee, and that’s how I became an outsider in adult society. If you don’t drink coffee, you automatically don’t belong to the adults’ club; no matter how old you get, other adults don’t see you as a full-fledged adult if you don’t drink coffee, worse yet: they don’t even know how to socialize with you at all without their bitter, disgusting brew, which they themselves pour full of milk and sugar just to get it down their throats. Coffee is truly one of those things in the human world that I’ve never really understood.
>>

I appreciate your honesty and perspective but almost totally disagree
>>
>>42508451
You not liking the smell of eggs and coffee in the morning is not only entirely subjective but you're also in the minority. And retarded.

That is the american shit pumped full of stuff to be more of a stimulant than coffee. Real coffee is considered a super drug by certain nations and professions. I cannot drop what it actuallyy does but it' not as bad as people make out.
