My first experiences in which I noticed that dream was real were when I very young.. literally 2 and 3 years of age.
I saw that my immediate family was doing something during the night.. going somewhere together.. and I tried to talk to them about it.
Children and adults i figured out that they don't remember and you can't talk to them about it.
They live in a state of subconscious sleepwalking and don't remember in the morning.
Had to face the fact that npc's were a thing when I was 3.. including my own immediate family.
So life goes on..
Had my first fully conscious interaction with the beings from the stars when I was 3 almost 4.. and I thought they were just lumpy headed kids who were just a little bit older than me because they were just a little bit taller than I was at the time.. guessed they were probably 5.
I would not understand what I had seen until I was 23

I also saw another place.. I didn't understand what it was.. but I understood it was not simply illusion.

In later years I had many other experiences.. I was inducted into the mk ultra type programs when I was 5 and living in Mannheim Germany.. and I found a place where the operatives were unable to see me.. while out of body in dream they would lose sight of me when I navigated in ways they were not prepared to comprehend and observe.. I didn't understand what had happened until I was 33 years old but I always had the memories..

During my 20s I was working with the beings from the stars on an ongoing basis fully conscious during a majority of the interactions.
Before this period of fully conscious interactions began I had become aware of native American heritage individuals who would take action during the sleep phase of consciousness.. they would literally come to you while out of body in dream.. so I had become oriented to this before I was fully conscious of the beings from the stars.

After I had begun with the full conscious awareness of the beings from the stars, including them deliberately putting their vehicle where I could physically see it, i had made the discovery of these beings that live absorbed into the ground.

Their presence requires an extensive amount of explanation.
To rewind the timeline to the earliest experience of interaction with them.. I have to mention an unusual event in early teen years.
Due to my youngest brothers having been born in shared a bedroom with an older brother.. two beds in one small bedroom.. and my dad after more than 30 years of active duty in the army had retired.
At 3am I had just seen the kitchen light on from under the door of that bedroom.. my dad had been up for a snack or whatever and he had just moments ago turned the lights back off.. and in the silence and darkness I felt the civilian sleeping bag that was covering me start to fall off the corner of my bed.. and it continued to fall gently.. and continued.. and then a snag in the fabric caught my foot.
My legs were strong. Much more than an average kid or even adult.. thank my hard military brat upbringing but at 14 I was easily able to do a muscle up on the rings and vsit and could leg press 750 easily or 500 as though it was nothing.. and that sleeping bag caught on my foot.. and continued to pull. I have recently spoken with that brother. He remembers that the corner of the bed was pulled down compressed hard.. and I had called out to my dad in the dark when this was happening was why he was looking

It quit pulling when my dad got to the door and turned on the light

The strings of the sleeping bag were laying across the floor under the bed all the way to the far corner


So this was a tangible thing.. whatever it was.

But what of it? Nothing happening with the light on? Nothing that proves anything.. so.. just like so many things that was forgotten about.

There were also mental images that I had of a different type of place.. and different type of creature.. but I will try to explain that later..

I also saw my own hands through the perspective of that creature.. it was looking at them through the perspective of my own eyes.. and was remarking only the word " hands " in relative astonishment..

But how do you make sense of such notions?

When you have real perception but don't have comprehension and understanding you don't have many options; typically you simply set the memory aside and forget

But this was only the very early stages of a beginning

You have to understand that I was already seeing the beings from the stars in the dreamstate consciousness on regular basis and I had been seeing into the subspace realms due to the native American heritage friends i had as well as due to the technology of the beings

So I was already very aware of seeing while out of body during dream

And a Sioux friend had spent the night at my house.. and he saw in his dream that there were beings living under the ground.
He asked them how long they had been there and he asked them what they called the person who they were focused on there..

Anyway I of course made fun of the idea that there was anything to it.. it was not even my own vision of dream.. I didn't take it seriously at all.. though I had previously seen native American heritage individuals pass through into the ground while in the dreamstate realms and I had not been able to follow them..

Eventually I got my own experience with the beings that live absorbed into the ground.. I really didn't understand what I was seeing at first though

There were several dreams that mattered.. bear in mind that I was seeing other types of things such as native American heritage old ways contexts and reincarnation related visions in conjunction with the alien technology.

But I started getting glimpses of something that I didn't understand..
I had been working on seeing clearly during the night and remembering all the details.. so it stood out when I was visited by a group of people.
I was not catching all the details their features but I got the details of the situation otherwise.. they were visiting with a specific focus and they had me take a small wax ball.. and break it in my mouth.. and when it did.. the liquid inside had the effects depicted in the movie the matrix when neo touched the mirror

I saw that dream end with a long stretched out vision down a long straight road.. and it ended with calm stillness at a place where a bridge passed over water

More than a year later my dad bought a small parcel of land that sloped down into the brazos river.. and because of that dream I was able to drive straight to it after he had mentioned it over the phone.. no specific instructions on how to get to it.. and almost an hour away.. but that is a later time and a later stage of development

In the beginning I didn't know what I had seen.. no clue.
It was several years before the movie the matrix was even filmed
In the next few dreams that I saw and didn't understand there were a small group of little dark beings in my house.. they didn't function like the beings from the stars at all.. but they seemed to have technology equipment devices and were focused on several tasks almost like the away team concept from star trek shows.. with each doing different tasks and one of them focused on me

They looked like tar.. solid black but delicate and I remembered that my Sioux friend had said that they looked black when above the ground but turned to bright solid white once they passed through the surface of the ground.

Still I had not seen that yet.

I had been going with the beings from the stars to do work on anything they would let me involve myself in and even the girlfriend i had at the time was often able to remember the same events during the same night.. I had done a lot with them and they were doing something in Asia that they had me participate in.. as a worker. It had something to with multiple human consciousness being networked together etc.. and the routine trip to get there only took about 16 seconds or so after they had picked us up.. probably not the physical material body but just the consciousness

So on the day when I woke up under the light of a streetlight I had guessed I was seeing Japan for some reason.. I mean the reason was that no one there spoke English.. only one kid.. out beyond the area under the light were kids.. and only one of them was able to talk English.. but not useful talk.. just repetitive ad lines from commercials.. he thought he was hilarious.. when he was repeating "where's the beef" ..look up the old commercial if you don't remember it

I could only see a small area lit up and only saw rough dirt ground and nothing else.. couldn't see the light pole.. only the light cone.. couldn't see outside the light.. and didn't see the kids.. just could hear them.
I didn't know what I was seeing.. woke from the dream and was guessing it had something to do with the trips to Japan with the beings from the stars

But around that time I was watching TV and there had been Frenchman who was older and respected and he had seen a vehicle land on ground.. and the vehicle left a mark on the ground.

It was a clear pressed circle into the dirt

For context I was already working with the beings from the stars on a regular basis and I was already familiar with their technology.. and the way they opened surfaces to pass through was to touch a certain surface of the vehicle and open the space to pass through.. they do this with windows and rsr's and they can even use it to pass right through a submarine under pressure at depths to physically access the physical body of a human if that is what they want to do.

And I clearly recognized the circle as that.. but now I understood.. they had been visiting the people who are absorbed into the ground.

There is one other time I had seen them.
When I was 6 and my father was driving us through Europe and we had driven all day to arrive too late for the ferry to cross the river Seine. We slept in the car.. and it was very surreal to see the lights of the city at night from the high ridge.. and when I slept.. I had been conscious during sleep.. and I had been aware of the place from under the ground.. lit up as bright as day and full of life.. I had seen into the realms of the beings that live absorbed into the ground on that occasion.. and now the video of that old man and the indention on the ground had jarred my memory.. of a new place to explore

I also remembered..
I remembered I had seen the movie little monsters
I remembered that pull on my leg and the strange thing that had been looking at me through my own conscious perspective to marvel at my hands..
It had been an irrational thought at the time..
But now in light of my experience with the Sioux I was also familiar with seeing through the eyes of other beings and creatures and even other things
So I began my next new exploration with a well grounded knowledge of out of body perception.
I had seen ghost presences move physical material twice other than the tug on my leg. I understood quite a bit even as I got started.

All said so far can still be considered only a beginning.. and I have even left stuff out in order to be brief enough for a few posts in a thread

This is all very interesting to read for me so thank you for elaborating. So when you talk about something tugging at your leg, it reminded me of something that happened to me when I was little. Of course I have no way of knowing if this was the space between sleeping and waking or not. I believe I was 100% awake. I remember waking up because something was tapping at my foot. I thought it was my parent. Then I see a very large tall dark figure staring at me, when I looked into it's face it scared the shit out of me because I saw a very creepy image. Perhaps me being scared is what made my mind project a scary face onto the figure.
I had a lot of dreams of a being dragging me underground, similar to the movie you mentioned previously. We were friends I remember. But I don't remember all the details of the interactions besides the feeling of being dragged under my bed when I would fall asleep.
I am going to keep being aware as I fall asleep and my dreams now, although I have felt a lot of fear around specifically this because of some experiences I have had. I am facing it more consciously now.

I'm just getting started. I have only described the beginning and the background, quickly, so far. I spent more than two years in the environment during the time my body was asleep.. with my full conscious awareness walking down into these persistent realms and then walking to return to reenter my body fully conscious before during and after rejoining my physical body.. it was as clear as going under water with the eyes open as you pass through the surface and return through it.

There are lots of details to numerous events that slowly granted me an education of the environment

The location and group I was working with were tangibly disrupted.. and that was why I was no longer in close contact with the environment. It still exists as a tangible subspace platform but it was destroyed in the location I was interacting with it

I had a dream a couple of years ago that has solidified the idea for me that there is absolutely more to our dreams that it may initially seem (at least, some of them).
I was walking through a scarlet forest alongside a woman in a white gown or dress. She was talking to me, but apparently I was having none of it. I was being short with her, dismissive, and overall, I didn't care much for the conversation. She eventually asked me a pertinent question, and my response was something along the lines of "What does it matter? None of this is real anyways." That was when she stopped, cupped my cheeks, and said "I'm real. All of this is real." Something about that had immediately lifted my spirits. We continued walking and chatting through the scarlet forest, but this time, I was much more involved in the conversation and generally happier.
When I woke up from this dream, I didn't remember a bit of it. I went to work and proceeded business as usual. Something about work that day had me absolutely livid. I don't remember what it was, but I was fuming. Right at the moment when it seemed like I was about to blow my top, I suddenly remembered the dream and everything in it. In an instant, my anger was gone. It was like something had snuffed a flame in my chest. After that, I was serene for the rest of the day. I felt nothing but peace after remembering what had happened in the dream.
I've had a few dreams similar to that as well. They didn't have the "real world" effect on me like that one, but I've had some interesting ones. There was one time a devil was summoned in a crypt I was exploring. When he saw me, he was genuinely happy to see me, even referring to me as "old friend."

I have been saying over and over that there is a lot to learn.
The nature of what you can discover about vision into these realms is beyond anything humans might reasonably expect to find.
The extensions of our existence into these realms is beyond the scope and context of our linear presence in space and time as we are familiar with these concepts.
The process of discovery begins with perception.. then focused observation of specific characteristics..
Then can advanced beyond the context of that which we might reasonably expect to find.
It's not just "more of the same"
You really do have to apply your focus and make new discoveries.. in order to begin with this you need clear vision of what actually does exist.

What I am saying is that even his level of understanding as of the time he wrote the book is entirely inadequate. There are several basic precepts that are prerequisite for making real headway into full conscious awareness within these realms.

I may seem to be harping on the point but clarity and accuracy of perception of the linear physical context is a first step prerequisite

Then there are ways that the ordinary linear context begin to give insight into the deeper layers.

If you are not already seeing out of body clearly when you begin serious study of the underworld realms then there is much that will fail to be coherent..

So to cut to the chase i was already seeing clearly when this new context was suddenly added to my range

I was only disoriented for the first clear vision into the realms.. the scene under the streetlight is mentioned previously. After that I was clearly oriented.. and those blacktar body forms put a mechanical door into the ground for me to pass through. Out of body there was a sliding door.. a heavy slab that slid out of the surface on a tracked groove rail whatever it's called.. and each time I passed through it was always the same..
There was an area just under the house.. sort of like a mezzanine that went around under the house and was connected to the layers below.
My early exploration was in these realms and at the very first there was a sort of guide similar to the character played by Howie Mandel in the movie little monsters. I found the laboratory kitchen bathroom place that all of the people in the other thread were seeing.. and then I figured out how to travel to a place where the guide being was not able follow me into
This was the beginning
I left him behind.
I would come check with him on a few occasions but I had already surpassed his abilities so much that he was not able to relate. His own existence was confined to a narrow set of parameters

I find it strange I keep dreaming of the same static area, if it's truly random I don't think that's possible to keep going to the SAME fucking building over and over.

What you are seeing is more than likely a persistent feature of the world around you that you are engaging with while out of body. You seem to have one solid aspect of awareness developing about it.. i am asserting that there is more to it. Even the one location you are seeing over and over has more depths to it that you may even have already seen at some point..
A good starting point would be to attempt to stay watching the location that you are conscious in.. if you are able to see and stay oriented to the location your body is sleeping in you might be able to observe where you are going to get to the other location. If you are able to remain conscious and aware while you are seeing the other location you may be able to see more of it or maybe how you are leaving it to get back to your body.

Once you can reliably get back to the same location you can also begin to examine your own existence in the location.. in the out of body context it's not your normal physical body and the environment can appear to be very different when you are able to change the energy of your own presence.
What I am suggesting is that you may have already seen the same location from a different energy state that makes the same scene look like a different place.. and they are actually layered over the same location..

I have seen more of the presence and character of the beings and their technology than they had intended to expose to a human. I had to deal with a lot in order to comprehend. They are reasonable in their expectations that humans would have extreme difficulties in cognitively digesting the truth.

I was also subject to the mk ultra type programs and the trauma based conditioning processes involved. The humans have a much inferior concept of identity structures than the beings.
You are seeing things through the narrow lens of your own personal experience.
I would suggest that you reevaluate who has the higher quality knowledge and understanding of our existence here.
What experiments exactly?
You can do more with your consciousness than any experiment can contain or inhibit.
For example, both humans and beings have technology that is intended to limit and control out of body consciousness in the process of observation. Guess which one actually works. You have the ability to overcome either.

I side with those who view reality correctly.. and reality can, metaphorically, speak for itself. Few have real knowledge based in perception.

There is also the matter of scale of consideration. Even the beings from the stars are 'only' ordinary beings not so very different from ourselves.
If you are intending to focus on the context of their own origins in this apparently physical environment in terms of the origin of the environment itself then they are only a figurative little bit more advanced than we ourselves are.

In attempting to figure out what is true you will need many conceptual things to consider as possible.
So there is writing in the subspace of our material environment?
What of it? Did it exist at the original moment of the space existing as a defined field? If not when and how did it arrive? Is it related to the material that appears to be present in the space? Either way, how does it function?

My hypothesis is that the writing is a projection of a technology that is effectively mapping and tracking the material present.. and that the equipment responsible has been distributed at least throughout the material of this region of this galaxy if not far more. My hypothesis is that the writing is not present beyond the presence of the beings that are tracking the present materials. Consciousness falls well within the scope of what they are observing.

sometimes a dream is you consciously witnessing your brains organic archiving process what your third eye picks up on (subconscious proces, it is always open and utilized by the third eye, be careful most practices to 'open' the third eye actually undo its defensive layers and allow access to it by external entities)
dreams can trigger OOBs in some but often is more rare (it happening is rare, not who it can happen too)
even fewer trigger an OOM(atrix) experience, where control mechanisms are snapped free, true reality is visible and it looks a lot like what the third eye sees so these are easily mistaken for an 'archive' dream, but you will feel as if it is an oob
the control mechanisms on us prevent us from seeing time as a cardinal direction, locking our perception in one direction, 'forward', allowing us only to manifest in that direction.

The thing to do is remain fully conscious and focused during the waking day and then stay up and active until you are exhausted and then attempt to remain fully focused on paying attention even as you are relaxing the body for it to go to sleep.. and attempt to remain focused and watching everything even in the darkness of your closed eyes or whatever the situation is.. and when you do become aware that you are asleep check on the location of your body.
When I first started doing this, as in deliberately guiding myself instead of just going with the flow of whatever situation, I would suddenly snap back into my body the moment I looked directly at it.. eventually I would just avoid looking directly at it and focus on the things around the house just to be staying near.. but then I went to look at things far away.
Those dreams where you find yourself visiting with someone or some place that you know had a series of scenes that led you up to the scene or event you were able to remember.. looking at the scene carefully to rewind it to the beginning is one way to recover the memory.
Spend time in the between wake and sleep zone to study and recover the memory before you start moving around. I wrote in more detail in that other thread

I'm older now and don't spend as much time extracting the memories.. when I was in my 20s I was usually remembering the entire duration of events nearly every time I would sleep.. changed a little bit over time. There are many tangible things that you can find that are much more than simply illusion of imagination within the brain

So quite a bit was already behind me in the new experience into this realm.. but I still had a very linear context of spatial orientation.. i really didn't understand what it all was yet.. i had a lot to learn.

The idea that they would look like us for example.. this is an illusion that we are perceiving from within our own consciousness.. it's not actually the case.. it's how the energies involved and registering within the network of neurological structures within our physical brains.. but their actual perception of themselves very very different. They are also seeing us through the filter of their own consciousness..and most of the beings in their collective presence are not even aware about the surface of earth and how we perceive matter..
So that illusion will make you think you are seeing familiar things in a familiar context.. but the reality is much deeper and more complicated.
I had started out seeing just one phase of the environment there.. but that was actually the result of my own stability of concept of my own ordinary physical reality. There are no major physical changes in your environment that would compare to what is available in that context..

going into the area with full conscious awareness on a regular basis I had already gotten oriented to the basic area nearby under my home before I saw one place I already was familiar with from a very different perspective.. suddenly the entire area was vacant.. shaded in a hue of purple.. and I was under the floor of the place i had been seeing as a solid defined area.. there were more layers in the same location layered over each other.

After I had begun with the guide type dude I didn't have him around for long.. he was in a position to show me around for only a week or so before I was finding places he couldn't go.. but i didn't understand exactly what I was seeing.
There was one large complicated place that looked like a kitchen bathroom and laboratory.. literally the reason for the other thread.. it looked like there were people standing in line with part of the room condoned off. I had already begun to notice how this realm was attached to the physical world.. and sometimes the things that I was seeing in the dreamstate was aligned to the physical world afterwards.. like a pattern. Like something was directly attached. Sometimes I was unable to get the imagery completely clear in my visual awareness.. i was noticing that there was something else to it other than the linear concept of what I thought I was seeing.

Before long I was moving beyond that area and getting oriented beyond the context of that location.. it was relevant to the biological functionality of the beings living on the surface that that room was apparently visible in their realms.. they are not seeing us in the linear context that we presume reality to be composed of. They are experiencing the same material we are composed of but they are perceiving the energies very differently.

So after a few months of exploring i had seen quite a bit but just explorations of the area.. found stairwells.. and levels with different types of things.. loosely associated with the structure of things above on the surface.. but eventually I was present as a group of beings were sitting around a long table and the conversation was about enrollment into their version of formal education.. so I was interested and someone, a female teacher apparently, leaned over to show me how to write using their language and instruments.. it looked like a pillbox.. a small row of small clear boxes into which the stylus was dipped and it left a trail that was in the shades of the hues of layers I had seen.. and she helped me write my name.. three teardrop shapes one inside the next.. blue line tapered to pointed ends.. and I was enrolled

From then on for a long time the dreams were very consistently about attending the classes..

Think of the individual bodies as containers.. they have a certain process of ingesting and excretion that are their contact points with the outside world.. and these boundaries are a point at which the roots of fractal relationships are present.
I had been working with the beings from the stars prior to discovering this realm.
The visits with them were somewhat regular basis.. but they seemed concerned when I had begun working with the beings under the ground. There were a few occasions in which both were present in my house at the same time.. I was able to discern the nature of how much substitution of cognitive imagery was involved with interactions with the beings from under the ground in large part because of these mixed type interactions.. they seemed to stay away from each other with the beings from the stars looking at what I was involved with in a concerned attitude but no action towards intervention

With the beings from the stars i had noticed several things about human behavior.. in terms of their involvement with our presence here. To put it short and simple they do things that affect how human consciousness functions in relation to the other humans.. and i had several experiences in observation of the functions so I noticed that there were relationships between the individual bodies of humans.. it's the kind of thing that ai might be able to observe.. just watching the timing of when people take in and excreted.. it's the gross reality of these beings that they are aware of the materials we are comprised of.. literally watching quantum field properties of the boundaries of the material platform of our physical existence. It's actually the root of why people are cognitively interpreting the environment of the beings as a bathroom that seems off.. if they could focus to see clearly the details it would open more questions for them to be confused by.
It's relevance is that they can see the effects caused by the beings from the stars.

Some human fictional concepts are close enough to be relevant in consideration of the reality but it's seldom correctly comprehended in the early stages of encounter.. it's often long after you have been seeing things within a certain conceptual context that you finally get the experience that destroys your previous concepts of the circumstances.. but again.. step by step the experiences grew in depth and complexity.

Bear in mind this is all in the context of previous years of experience with native American heritage individuals and their activities in these out of body realms and they were also semi conscious during the interactions with the beings from the stars.. they would occasionally see them or part of a scene onboard.. and I had seen native American heritage individuals pass through into the ground.. didn't realize what they were doing other than just traveling until this experience began..

It was all in a very tangible gradual process of discovery. These events were in the early 1990s around 93 94 95 96
Somewhere I have the date that the people who live absorbed into the ground left the area under my home. I suspect it was the beings from the stars that may have been responsible for the conflict that happened before they left.
Jumping far ahead in my story of personal experience the being i was working with showed me that. He tossed something that looked like moss onto the table surface of the office we had been working out of.. and it rapidly consumed the table and made it appear as ordinary dirt rock clay mud etc.. as he did this he had said if I were to return that would be all that was there. I've been out of body and gone to the same place.. it's just solid dirt and gravel rocks and mud.. not any sign that they were ever there..

So you can see what the agency types were up to when they created the massive distribution of the movie little monsters.. they were seeking to identify the locations where this type of being was present.
I'm still not sure what was responsible for the destruction of their presence under my home years ago.. it was like a conflict that was having parallel impact in the physical world. And then eventually everything was removed and the being i was working with showed me that. I could get the exact date if i find my old notes.

I've seen other types of being absorbed into the ground in a remote area away from human activity.. specifically the location of the bridge over the water i had seen in the first event when they modified my conscious to be able to engage with their environment and presence.. the scene i mentioned previously as being comparable to the red pill neo took.. it was actually a ball of wax like material with a liquid core and the liquid inside had the effect.. like when neo touches the mirror.. as i had mentioned the alien beings have telepathic empathetic hierarchical relationships among themselves.. and several types of status even among the various being types.
Among the beings from the stars i had learned to keep my focus on the floor and floorplan and to watch body motion from peripheral field view.. because usually looking directly at them would give them control over my cognitive imagery within my mind ending my awareness of the scene

I have something similar in my dreams. Every now and then when I'm in the current dream "B" I'll recognize a location also happens to be from a past dream "A". Basically, I can understand where I am in the dream world by looking at past dreams of mine.
What I find more striking though, is that I actually think there are three types of entities in dreams. The first are beings that you create with your own mind and are controlled by you. The second ones are just random entities that you haven't created, and the third one is other humans. Some of the people in my dreams tend to break character at times, or say weird things that imply they are more than just my imagination. For instance, one time I was fighting a guy in a dream and he said "You move fast" in a way that made it out as though a normal person would move slower when faced with action in a dream. I've also directly accused someone of pretending to be my mom in a dream once, and I asked him why he was doing it, and he just stared blankly and said "because".
Finally, the third type of being you can encounter are other humans, or I guess "mortals" in this case. This is possibly the weirdest part though, as it seems that your actual appearance can be completely different to them. For whatever reason I felt compelled to ask a guy in a dream what he saw when he looked at me, and his answer was completely different from what I actually looked like. This is despite the fact that I was able to see my reflection in a window. I think there might be something too this. What you see may actually not be what someone else sees when in the dream world. Hell, I've even seen cases where someone else's movement was nerfed to the point it looked like they were moving in molasses, while my speed stayed relatively the same. I think there may be some sort of mechanic or spiritual pressure or whatever you want to call it that inhibits movement based on how "strong" the person in your presence is.

Consciousness in various beings is interconnected.
Concepts of impressions can be manifest forms in the imagery within the dreamstate consciousness and also in the material world in the patterns that materially follow the energetic presences.

Human technology attempting to evaluate this will make advancement when observation of the imagery within the mind is within the scope of computer brain interface. I made the observations personally through direct observation.

This will appear to be 'just' a theory until a very thorough information collection effort bridges the division between internal cognitive imagery and the imagery within the external environment.

The beings that are present are of several origins and character.
It is possible for more than one to exist within a single human body.. and of the beings there are various forms of empathetic and telepathic functions. There are even structures of consciousness that extend beyond a single body to exist in fractional form in the individual. At some point in the future this will be measured tangible technology and not simply limited to the realm of concept and theory

Cognitive imagery can be of tangible presence that is beyond the tangible physical material phases of matter. When perceiving in these realms the observation is a function of alignment with the energy being perceived.. so it can function similar to the optical imagery of light beyond the visible spectrum or imagery within the electromagnetic fields beyond optical imagery.

Same advice though; that you can become oriented to your own presence by keeping track of the location where your body is sleeping.
In my own situation I was able to leave through a mechanical door those beings put into the floor and travel down through a series of persistent areas that retained their dynamic characteristics for several years up until the conflict scenes and then the departure of the being i had been working with. The material physical world follows the trends set into the quantum fields by the beings within these realms.. and humans live partially immersed in this region of subspace realm while they are subconsciously aware during dream. The beings that you see posing as substitute are often aware of their effects throughout the other layers of energetic fields.
If you seen the movie Jacob's Ladder it shows several scenes that are of things that can be perceived from the physical material contextual platforms.. in the subterranean ranges there are beings that are not even aware of the other layers than their own.. but their presence can have significant impact in the material plane.
I was studying this beyond the level described by Skip Atwater in his book. He was making observation into the realms but didn't get into it deeply enough to make these types of observation.

My efforts were such that I was retaining the entire time I spent out of body.. I literally moved away through persistent spatial structures and returned through them to reenter my body. There was no break in consciousness during this process other than the moment of separation from the body.. and I was usually fully conscious while still just a short distance away from my body.. literally still above the threshold of the ground or just past the first parts of the entryway.. the doorway itself was memorable enough to alert me to full conscious awareness.

There is a lot I have seen that I view as partial view of reality. Real long term information gathering is going to take a multigenerational team effort.

I'm not trying to say I am some kind of final version of perception of what exists.. I am just barely getting a glimpse into the depths of our existence. It's going to require many more people many more lifetimes to get to a point of absolute certainty and technology that extends into these realms

I feel like I have a lot to contribute towards a beginning of such an effort

A distinction of my personal experience is that my full conscious interactions with the beings from the stars began at 5am November 2 1991 with them deliberately putting a disc vehicle in clear view.. this was happening just about a month after I had gained the ability to look directly at my own memories within my mind to clearly see the many previous experiences I had had with the beings.
