They weren't Zener cards.
They were, mostly, household objects, like a screw driver, one was a compass, and other things.
They'd pull us into the hall an test our vocabulary, have us write down all the unique words we possibly could in 2 minutes.
Much of it was probably filtering actual retards/special needs children.
There was one test in particular which tested our conditioning.

He is my GATE experience.
First was the basic evaluation: sight, hearing and iq test. If you were selected, you were allowed to move onto the next test: sitting in a dark room, watching a move and be given a tranquilizer. Afterwards, they would ask you questions about the experience. If they liked what you said, you are able to take their classes.
I only took one class but I didn't know it: My mom told me to put on my cub scout uniform because there was a scout assignment. It was out of the blue and I had no clue to what it was about. She drove me to a college where the teacher was teaching other kids about optical illusions and how nothing is as it appears. After the class was over, the teacher mention that he would see us all next week. This, again, surprised me because I thought this was a cub scout assignment. He told me "no, this is a GATE class". Me, being use to being gaslit, just said "oh". I also asked him if they will give me anymore of that pink drink because I liked the way it made me feel. He looked at me surprised and said that he had no idea about what I was talking about (not sure if it was because of separation of duties and he wasn't part of that department).

There is no official literature on it that I can find so it's just random stories. They identify children who are intelligent and test them and groom them for certain positions or jobs in later life. I got bullied by my teacher in elementary school.

Hey everyone. I’ve been following this thread and all others related to Gate. I’ve never posted on anything but I feel compelled to on this. I’m writing a book on my experience with GATE but it is posed as fiction as to not tie any of this to the real me. Not that it matters, I’m sure the powers that be already know everything I’m going to do before I do it. It is what it is. I need some feedback.

I was born in Italy on an American army base in 1984. I’m a female. I was born Frank breech naturally. While still living in Italy, my mom brought me to the park the day the Chernobyl cloud passed over that part of Italy in April of 1986. About six months later, I was dying from a softball sized fibrous histiocytoma tumor growing on my right lung. We moved back to the states where I began a long journey to figure out what was going on. I spent almost a year at Walter Reed Army Hospital while they figured it out. You want to talk about weird drinks…”liquified jello” drinks on the regular while I hung out with the nurses at the nurses station on the pediatric floor. I was there for a long time so they had to keep me busy. I was three. It all resolved eventually, got the thing removed. Had to go back every year until I was 7. Then got pneumonia when I was 10 while my dad was deployed to Africa and he had to come back to bring me back to Walter Reed for what would be the final time. I got constant lung infections still. Anyways, dad went on to become a Greet Beret when we move to Fort Bragg NC in 93. And at that time I was brought into Gate until 95. Half of third grade though fifth grade. I remember only a handful of instances. Saw the person behind me manning the beeps for the hearing test push the button but there was no beep and in order to not get in trouble, I said I heard it. The person was BEHIND me and I saw her push it. What does that say? Got some weird looks from them that day. Began to get major migraines. I’ll post more…

So there was the green drink which everyone got which was fluoride we called it swish. The pink stuff, no recollection of it. Yeah, that is exactly what the tests are measuring. High and low fall into the "normal" range, as there are a variety of forms of hearing loss that impact different frequencies. Natural aging is known to degrade hearing from the higher frequencies and moving down, so if a child is already losing their higher frequency hearing, then they are on track for early onset deafness.

There is a documented UFO connection but Sheehan's claims are pretty far out there. What can be proven is that GATE students have a significantly higher incidence of UFO sightings than the general populace. If I ever have children... They'll be private schooled and homeschooled, or just homeschooled. Funny how we've come to that conclusion separately.
They can socialize in STEM programs with other children to learn how to socialize, paly at the park, etc. Mostly with so much parental support and encouragement and working on things together.
I think siblings are a great idea so we can all help one another in a family which rewards meritocracy, but also teaches dominance skills to have a baseball bat to use against the real world every time it tries to take from them.
Of course that's all an ideal system. I thought I could work a CS job part time 60k/yr and use it to pay for law school... but you can be an ETL engineer part time... not when you first start anyway.

When I critique, I also propose a solution to try.
I own my mistakes, admit fault, learn from them, and apologize directly.
I genuinely try to do a good job. I do my research. I test and test and test PoCs and eiver a solid result.
When someone indeed has a better solution & I understand it, I absolutely defer to them, and in fact am happy there's an even better solution.

I use to build a desert rave stage in southern California. Designed it - stage, lights, sound, power, built it, booked the talent, hosted the talent, helped my friends start a mobile bar which operated next to it. Day 1 guest favorite, Day 1 DJ favorite, Day 1 event promoter favorite.
Some DJs told me they made game of thrones sets for work, and that, it's a given that everyone in showbiz is an asshole to work with - except I'm proving that's not true. They then asked how they can help. Any way they can help. For free too, because they just want tk be a part of what I'm doing; based on how I was doing it. And they did. They popped up a first aid booth and cooled food, and we even got a couple more cult/OG volunteers. Based on my execution.
Same thing years later with some different DJ stuff. I busked on the streets downtown, some randos asked about DJingz I showed them around the controller, let them jam, that was Friday 10pm - 4am, Sunday they had bought their own controllers, Tuesday we were jamming at my place and I set them aup and was teaching them about their rigs, gave them start playlists, boot strapped them, and a month later we did our first Cave Rave - which was 20 hours straight of setup, performance, and exit.
Taught them PLURR ideology and they throw their own underground raves. We also collab sometimes too. One helps me with my weddings (wedding DJ side hustle) when I need some help. He'll be my first hire.

Our first underground, literally, event was that Cave Rave. 43 people attended.

Most DJs don't get anyone to attend their shows for years. Our first had 43 people.
And.
The crowd self regulates.
One of our underground raves (above ground this time) shows had a rando threaten to kill everyone and ended up trying to fight someone of the collective.
Someone Lu Kang bicycle kicked him, and everyone surrounded him and pted him with their shoes, took his shoes and pelted him with his own shoes too, until he simmered down.
He was too drunk to drive, we were in the middle of offload trails so no uber or taxi - we called this dudes dad. Dude was like 45 years old, we called his dad yo pick his drunk belligerent ass up, after a bunch of, basically teens, and young adults, kicked his ass. I'm Millennial, teaching PLURR as I knew it from the mate 90s and very early 00s.
This way PLURR/the underground scene cannot be gatekeep by individuals, e.g. burners, or tyrants.
PLURR is an ideology.
And I have taught them quality > quantity, and how to stay safe and avoid trouble, e.g. don't post paraphernalia photos on SM, don't tag others, gotta keep that stuff offline if you want to be able to keep doing it. They made some mistakes but realized quick the position they put themselves in.

Anyway, PLURR is an ideology, not a person or corporation or entity.
Anyone can do it anywhere and everywhere.

Plan is to throw a festival this summer.
The stage is mostly a loss leader, but I have something to vend on the side which should make me 1k/day once I optimize the process.
And this is why they are scared of us.

I've gotten along eith the smartest members of all my teams, the ones who want the best/most optimal solution, meaning it gets the job done is supportable, scalable, and doesn't get us pages in the middle of the night. That's something we can all agree is the "right" way.
Luddites lose their god damn minds though. Especially when no one agrees with them.
I'm almost always the fallguy.
Which I think is why people quit after I do - I take the heat for my team who wants the same things.
When I'm gone, someone else becomes the black sheep, the heat and virtual is target on someone else or everyone in general - and they don't put up with it. It was fine when I took the heat, I am use to it. But they aren't going to go through years of what I did - they saw it won't change. They are engineers/smart people too, so, they figure out & execute their exit pretty quick.
What I learned too late is not letting that stuff live rent free.
Quit my W2 wage slave 7 months ago.
Deprogramming trauma.
Reprogramming to be the best version of myself without burning out.
Doing pretty good.
Should have quit/burned my ships & trusted myself 10 years ago.
