I gave in to hatred and lust years ago and my life of sin led me to a path of degeneracy. I'm almost bald, sickly thin and I look really tired and I think it's due to the effects of it on my body. Will choosing to follow the path of rightousness help me?

I forgot to mention that good men usually live long life's.I see this a lot with other freemasons (yes freemasons, 90 something % of them aren't occultist evil spazzes) which live morally good life's living to 90 to 100 years
