I don't sleep more than 4-5 hours, this is a known genetic mutation and my father, uncle, and grandfather has it.These resulted in my engaging in a lot of extreme sports and stupid shit in my youth. That's how I discovered:3. Rapid healing - not like Wolverine or anything, but somewhere up to 50% higher than normal. I found out it's partially related to the fact my body can synthesise Vitamin C. My Mom told me because she has it too. Seems to slow aging as well. My skin is as tight as someone at least 10 years younger, and people increasingly started to mistake my Mom for my Dad's daughter as I got older, (awkward).4. My bone density is almost double, but it doesn't seem directly related to the LRP5 gene which you may have heard about.5. I don't sunburn - at all. I stopped going to the pool one Summer at school because of it. I was lily white while everyone else was red. I now wear shirts and tell bullshit stories about expensive exotic sunscreens.6. I injured my hand, wrist, and arm doing severe nerve damage. The doctor's prognosis was fucking grim to say the least. It's perfect now like it never even happened. That's what got me really wondering in the first place. Some animals are capable of that level of repair, and lack of scar tissue, but sure as fuck not normal humans.5. I figure I must sunburn eventually, but I just don't think there are enough hours in the day for me to get the necessary amount of sunlight. And no I did start to feel different, especially in high school and would get negative reactions like yours if I told anyone, so stopped doing so IRL.
