Guys stop smoking. Dont inhale the smoke. Use cigars or cigarillos for the same effect just slower or weaker but then youre gonna just have to spend more take care of your health or smoke cigarettes without inhaling but those arent as strong as cigars and cigarilloes.
Small amounts of nicotine are fine. But smoking isn't great. It's a genetic lottery thing with the cancer. I've had weirdo family members trying to get me to quit smoking for years. I vape but I enjoy it. My lungs definitely feel healthier than smoking cigarettes and while I'll probs get lung cancer at some point it's a little vice that will take years to kill me and while people are trying to turn me into a water drinking salad eating nerds I do want to enjoy some little things until I can get off this shithole.
why not just find a pouch or lozenge you can tolerate and clear it on a biogeometry clearing plate, or start to build a tolerance for taking niacin and ascorbic acid for cohering your field to block the ghosts, you can literally quit overnight with a nic nac lozenge or a good pouch like pouchmates

Pipe smoking is where it’s at.I smoked cigarettes for a long time because I grew up in the Midwest and we all did that to be edgy. They’re gross though so I switched to cigars for a couple years. Honestly, though, cigars are way, way too strong and also taste too dark and burnt. I found pipe tobacco and won’t look back. I’d rather have no nicotine at all than smoke something other than a pipe. Virginia tobacco is so bright and lively. It stimulates the senses in a way other tobaccos cannot replicate. You only get a little bit of that in cigarettes and cigars but it’s easy to find in pipe tobacco.
