I don't know when ot started but I started realizing I was targeted. I had these strange random thoughts that seemed to come out of nowhere. I would get paranoid family and friends were part of it. Then I realized it was spirits who put these thoughts in my head and gave me paranoia. I couldn't hear them at first but I practiced mediumship. Then I chased most of the spirits off. Now one is left and I learned how to ignore him. I live a great life, I am happy and I have a future that isn't bad. The gangstalking diminished when I shut my smartphone off and put it in a Faraday bag. They were probably following me around through the GPS on it. I discovered that my smartphone emits a harmful frequency that caused me to see illusions and live in constant anger and paranoia which caused me to self harm and do dangerous things I wouldn't normally do. They still follow me through physical monitoring, probably using house cameras pointed at the street and undercover cops pretending to be homeless people. When I blocked my phone, they tried to kill me the next day by trying to crash into my car with a speeding pickup truck. I was able to completely avoid that potentially fatal attack though. The driver looked like a fit white woman with long blond hair. There is another agent stalking the streets at night where I usually go. He's usually hanging around the freemason temple next to the gas station where I get my beer. He seems to be possessed... most likely with the same anger frequency that my smartphone was plaguing me with. I assume they have to end their operation with me because it's simply too costly to physically monitor someone who has no phone and isn't even affected by the frequencies anymore.
