I distinctly remember hearing about the USSR creating a lake with a nuclear explosion when I was much younger, about 17 (which would be 5 years ago). However, when I look for traces of it, no such event had ever happened. I have actually, legitimately, switched timelines.

Ive remembered things that have happened that also have no evidence anymore. Ive even asked people and they deny everything. Which makes me wonder, is it possible to shift to a desired timeline? If so, how?
