Some Yoga and combo'd with fascia and other massages, a relaxing bath with Epsom salts and/or foot baths, some forms of concentration / meditation exercises and potentially leading into Shadow Work to uncongest traumas, process and integrate them are some ideas. I had found shrooms to be highly relaxing in the past, by myself in bed, and I mean physically especially the first time I had them. Made me so unwound and relaxed I could have slid out of a chair.
Trying to process things through Dream Work is also possible, you usually have to state or meditate=focus your intentions before going to sleep and encourage yourself to remember them. It may not be necessary to remember such dreams though it may help to be more aware of them.

How you relieve stress can be a matter of personality. Some prefer nature, an adult beverage and certain music you like, or getting lost in a crowd as a group consciousness release.. you can also detoxify energetically by grounding yourself, on grass or in water or by resting and or meditating under a big and old enough tree to handle it.
Talking to plants could soothe you potentially, or gaze at the night sky laying in grass or from bed? You can also do cathartic exercises with spiritual/magical efforts though I wouldn't recommend anything too specific with minimal info given. Could be as simple as going over your own Natal Chart and processing some things through that, which the Planetary Archetypes can be good for.

As some are also being serious or joking about, some quality time with the opposite sex can be soothing, stress at least relief, what kind of trauma/s you have is where getting into specific techniques and methods matters most. Tantra is probably a great idea if you have a worthy partner. Avoiding toxic people helps too, might need to sleep more and eat better around exercising appropriately to balance your mind and body connections. Toxins; lectins, metals, yeast overloads with gut health can factor. Hmm..
