Your brain doesn't operate on pixels but rather on higher-order concepts.
When you attempt to visualize, your "conscious" part of the brain tries to activate the visual part, but because there are less connections between the two compared to number of connections between your eyes and visual processing, you will only be able to activate small part of the visual processing, the higher abstraction parts. These impartial activations are what we call the third eye. If you could do the full activation on command you wouldn't be able to tell it apart from reality. I think its quite possibly a second universe, or something akin to a subatomic reflection of our existence that exists as a information substrate and vibration within the potential for reality to become perceptually tangible.
Very recently I encountered an entity within the dream world, that I believed to be an inorganic being, based on the vibration it existed as when I perceived it. It seemed like a shimmering ethereal form of energy that appeared within a void space that I characterize as something akin to a space the soul travels within when its transferring into and out of the dream state. Its almost the exact same as the inner consciousness when you close your eyes, but its more vibrantly empty and clear full of consciousness and light. The minds eye will weave such beautiful and intricate patterns of light, and you perceive these geometric forms and structures of energy hovering in the space before you. That is part of the type of conscious field of interaction you use to evoke entities.
It told me, that it didn't exist in a state that interacts with electrons and fermions. I got the impression that it meant photonic was off the table too because that is based on interactions with electrons.
I tried asking it, then what was it interacting with? Obviously, I was interacting with it, in that dream state. I could not communicate the question properly, or couldn't understand the answer, or was distracted by other perceptions and lost focus on it, but I woke up without hearing an answer to that question.
