There's a lot of mythological references in He-man. Besides the obvious Arthurian/Siegfried magical sword motif I think it's interesting that he also rides a battle cat, not too dissimilar to Dionysus riding a panther. The He-Man/Adam dichotomy is referencing the greater self, the inner genius, the sword and skull is ritualistic magic and the seat of hidden knowledge. Skeletor and Evilynn are definitely representing the chthonic deities, and their constant struggle with He-Man is a modern rendition of the Chaoskampf. Fisto just fists. He fists real good.

>>42539137it's a reference to golgotha the place of the skull where jesus was crucifiedthis is a catholic pectoral cross symbolizing jesus's triumph over death, sin and the grave. also used on skull and bones's logo. the 322 is gematria for a hebrew word for lamb. see herehttps://hermetic.com/crowley/libers/lib500#table-of-factorsthis is based on gnostic christianity of course. masons and western occultists revere de molay and the templars, the enemies of the hated catholic church. the youth masons are the order of demolay. clinton and disney were both members. skeletor is the demiurge, symbolizing death also. the adam kadmon, the most powerful being in the universe, defeats him.
