I'm curious to hear a more spiritual/paranormal explanation for this but why does music have such a profound effect on humans and how much it means to us?
I was just listening to Fleetwood Mac's You Make Loving Fun and despite the fact im not currently on good terms with my father, it had such an emotional effect on me. Even the melodic guitar solo did.
Why is this? Is it just the association of it with a memory, or is it the emotion the sound gives us? Think of names. We have "boy"/masculine-sounding and "girl"/feminine-sounding names. How do we even decipher that? It's all so fascinating. Like how words even come to be. I love it all.

Because sound has the same nature as light, and all matter, that which everything consists of, is merely a special form of light.
