I've done Mushrooms and that was honestly 1 of the best decisions I've made earlyon in my life, but it kinda went wrong after a while after my 2nd Trip and I didn't like myself and went through a dark time mentally, and my anxiety is back too which can be hard to manage at times but I am pulling through.
What would your advice be? To just stay sober and see what happens, and to do mushrooms again after a certain time of being sober, or to just stay sober if/when I feel more "normal" again and balanced?

I've definitely learned that Mushrooms aren't something to take lightly, and so I am probably staying sober for the foreseeable future.

I only just recently started getting into psychedelics, and trust me when I say that these were really low doses that I took both times, and the first was really good before and after, and the second was good too but a while after something in me "flipped" a switch and I went into a really depressive mentalstate for like a month or so, and I am still battling that I think mentally, so I hope that after 6m or so I am back to "normal" and can just get on with my life...I have already made a lot of changes in my life since, so I am not really jumping for joy at the thought of doing more psychedelics anytime soon.
