I don't think sleeper agents will recognise or remember all of the things that were done to them. I was once hospitalised while the police were trying to set me up as a terrorist and one of the agents, or police kept shouting activate at me very loudly, over and over again. You'll remember something weird was said to you but never the details and it will be after a day or two of blacking out. Then someone thats your handler "" will distract you for a few days and you remember nothing and no law was broken as you're trained never to be caught. Afterwords, you go back to training and you're never sure why. And then one day, you wake up and realize you're a serial killer.
And of course, as you dont remember, nothing ever happened, and you're not liable to anyone else's injury.And its the truth.
