This is largely news to me. I have some theory concepts about plasmic beings and consciousness, hints of it in Phantasy Star 4 with the Guardians of the final planet. If you apply Aether model / theory and Theoria Apophasis' break down on Atomic model via Aether model / theories it might make a lot more sense.
I say theory as much as model since it just needs enough Proofing and I haven't read it all yet or seen multiple applications of it. The Noosphere concept would be similar as the psychic (emotional + mental) Resonance by multiple Frequencies of all of us and however that interacts with the ionized / plasma aspects of the planet, and adding to it these non-Oort Clouds.
