Every time I pray to God, it works and I get what I ask for.

Does anyone else relate or am I the only one?

If I pray and ask for the strength to accomplish something, I get it.
If I pray to ask for wisdom to discern something, I get it.
If I pray and even ask for events to change, like the weather, it often happens, rain clouds that gathered looking certain to pour will dissipate and roll away within minutes.
If I pray to ask for help with surviving financially, I don't get riches but I always find ways to get what I need.

The only prayers He won't answer, is the ones where I beg Him not to take my loved ones away. When my parent got sick, started dying rapidly. God fell silent.
