Forgot to explain and the drawing is simplified: the gorge has a river but the inclination is steep and water height is variable. Allegedly the goblins live in caves on the walls that sometimes go underwater.

Maybe I should add, I even don't know if H really died in 2011. If she didn't, could've just been her and not a ghost at all. So, in hindsight really wasn't that scary but at the time we were shitless especially after she vanished in a short time when we didn't see her.

Probably nothing paranormal, but at the time scary. Most likely what happened was, the monk chanting in the forest when a woman walked from the other direction beyond the clearing and was scared, so she screamed and ran past.

Somebody, please! I want to hear about creepy experiences! Mine are decreasing in how scary or chance of being paranormal they were...

Sorry, I won't say where. By now I've already shared the most /x/ ones, from here they most likely lose the possibility of being paranormal. I'll share one more at least if it was a ghost.

My mother also heard so the next day she asked. They never had a visiting relative or anything, claimed didn't even hear. Maybe it's because they were arguing and didn't care what else was happening, so even after the argument they "zoned out". Other neighbours couldn't happen to be asked because it was the COVID lockdown, and after a week would have been intrusive. So, we never found out. In a rational explanation just some old lady, or less likely the ghost of an old lady who died from the heat.

I asked some people I knew the next day if they heard anything, including someone who was on watch. Evidently they had no knowledge of the chanting. It turns out the area was home to local indigenous tribes, but I still think about how strange it was that the sound came in and left so quickly. We were bivouacked on a hill with about 1/3 of the area to our front being rocky ravines and ditches, with the rest being open desert for miles so it was difficult. Was super cool. I don't think it was something a few Marines could fake as a prank because the voices were many and there were drums. Also when I was in Okinawa I picked up ghost transmissions when watching the radio. That place is haunted as fuck.
