Is there such thing as being too far gone spiritually?

Too far gone in what way? Positive? Negative? Straight over the edge?
>>
>>42573326
Negative, as in being so far gone that you can't come back to the light even if you wanted to
>>
>>42573201
Yes and no. Plenty of traditions around the world accept the possibility of being so immersed in spiritual awareness that the person appears completely insane and antisocial. Such things are obviously "bad" yet getting there due to spiritual fervor is generally a good thing.
>>
>>42573337

Certainly possible, yet in that state I doubt any thought of returning to anything could not occur anymore.
>>
>>42573452
Can you elaborate? How could one reach such a state?
>>
>>42573201
Just pray to Jesus and repent anon
>>
>>42573201
Spiritually speaking, no, you may not be able to equalize your debt, and you may not escape physical consequences, but there is no true barrier stopping you from walking whatever path you wish to walk. Even if you are on death row and guilty, you can choose to spend your final days/hours/minutes/seconds maximizing your light.
>>
>>42573785
>maximizing your light.
How can you do that? I have no idea where to start because there are so manh paths that it gets overwhelming
>>
>>42573337
give an example
>>
>>42573201
Yeah it's called being a swarthy brown person.

No. You always have the agency to pursue the Light. No matter what.

One thing I was always confused about, as a Christian, was the "unforgivable" sin described in Matthew 12:31, 32. It requires context. Blasphemy against the Son of Man is more easily forgiven than blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, because the people whom Jesus was talking to, the Jews, did not know Jesus very well, but they did know the Holy Spirit from the Old Testament. If the Jews did blaspheme the Holy Spirit, that would be a willful hardening of the heart and rejection of God's mercy. However, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is not totally "unforgivable." People who are beyond repentance, or "too far gone spiritually," are in that state by their own choice. You have free will to pursue whatever you want. There is no trap that has eternal consequences. You can always get back up after you fall.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

The fact that you're alive and posting on the internet means you have redemption opportunities still open before you.

Depending on one's interpretation of afterlife consequences for severe karmas and shit, then you could be fucked at the time of death, but for now you still have opportunity. But who knows maybe infernal beings still have redemption paths available to them.

>Example of bad karma:
If you did some bad shit like slip hard drugs into weed to get people addicted to opiates, causing normal kids to become homeless junkies, then its possible there is some really bad karma that is grinding you down in a seemingly inescapable way. But generally there should also be a path of repentance which should be as easy as genuine repentance and prayer on a daily basis. The problem is people who have done some really bad shit have seared their conscience so they have a hard time feeling guilty or realizing why their life is swirling around a sewer.

Some people claim that when you remove a particular vice from your personality, then all sins attributed to it are forgiven, because the person who did those deeds literally no longer exists.
But ultimately judgement and karma is up to God.
There is always a path of repentance but it can take years of daily redemption work to turn around years of living like a sewer.

It’s a balance between what you done in life that is constructive and destructive.
As you get older and the score gathers you become more or less likely to be an ultimately good or bad person as a matter of your actions.
If you’ve been pretty bad and have only ten minutes of life left, you’d have to do something pretty amazing to tilt the balance.
It’s on you to honestly evaluate yourself and correct your course
Good luck

You're supposed to imitate Nigger Jesus and
>BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mg-ODPxYl9Q&list=RDmg-ODPxYl9Q&start_radio=1

When someone gives you 50$ for 3 hours of work and a place to stay. You're not to do 1 hour of work, instead you get drunk and bitch about how evil the rich man who bought your beer is.

Nigger Jesus Bite the hand, so it smacked him.

if you could describe anyone as being "too far gone spiritually" it would be monks, but I don't think anyone would say monks are out of their mind or whatever you're implying

Viewing yourself as negative or bad puts you in self judgement which is one of the most harmful states from a spiritual perspective. God, source, whatever higher power you believe in, gave you the gift of your life and you scorn that very gift, you. It is better to try to accept whatever it is that feels negative within yourself, learn from whatever lessons it teaches you, and remember you are worthy despite your own negative viewpoint. If dark and light is a spectrum then maybe your current position shows to you how far you can go in the other direction.
>>
>>42575327
Thank you Anon. How can you go from one direction to the other? I don't want to sound like an edgelord but darkness is pretty much all I know and I don't even know how changing towards the light would look like

I do not need to do that, the state and church already intertwined Faith in the system with guilt.

The blood the Roman catholic church has spilled has proven that man deserves to get fucked eternally. He even wanted the fire
>“I have come to set fire to the earth! And how I wish it were already kindled!
He is stewing in his own shit, the Talmud says so.
