If good can come out of evil then the distinction between good and evil is meaningless and arbitrary. You could justify any evil no matter how heinous by saying it serves a greater good down the road that is too high and mysterious for us to understand. You just need to have faith.

Evil is a defect of the realized good, but still exists insofar as its virtues remain. Spritual >intelligent > living > being
