We are the only ones routinely mocked and dehumanized by both the left and the right. They don't even consider us people. I'll be watching a youtuber, and suddenly they'll throw out words like "schizo" or "schizophrenic" to describe people they're ideologically against. It's become a descriptor for behavior they don't like.
We're invisible until they need an insult.

It's just the new "crazy" for this generation.
>>
>>42577550
I think it’s just a bastardized form of schismatic, which shares the same root etymologically. That frames it as simply having dissident beliefs.

people treat you terrible if they find out you're psychotic
i have bipolar 1 and it feels really bad to be othered and ridiculed for things that are out of my own control. if i ever open up to other people about my deeply held beliefs they just make fun of me as if everything inside of me is inconsequential. it hurts a lot.
a lot of the words to describe us in common language are equal with insults, so how can i positbly think of myself positively?
am i crazy? insane? psycho? out of my mind? delusional? paranoid? maniacal?
i try to control my symptoms pretty well but eventually i do maniacal laughter and scare people, or stare at them too hard, or hallucinate something and react weirdly to it, or talk to myself too much. then i go from being a person to being a non-person in an instant.
it sucks

Normie Hierarchy (in their minds) from top to bottom
>Rulers, Politicians
>Celebs
>Online Influencers
>Themselves, AKA the average person
>Homeless, Shut Ins, "Losers"
>and finally, the Mentally insane
Normies really truly hate insane people...

If you look at children's cartoons, you quickly realise that almost every character appears "bipolar" or "psychotic" or "delusional" in some way
Even comedy shows for adults like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia are the same
If you find a cartoon character or Always Sunny character to LARP as, normies will quickly forgive you for doing almost anything that would normally be seen as "insane"
In other words it's all about charisma

The system wants the people divided into the religious right and the atheist left.
"Schizos" think outside of this duality.
They get mocked and isolated because they're a threat to the system.
Also they sometimes find out what's really going on, and the system doesn't like that very much too.

>If you look at children's cartoons, you quickly realise that almost every character appears "bipolar" or "psychotic" or "delusional" in some way
this goes back very far, but the modern iteration of this i think comes from John Kricfalusi's portrayl of Ren Höek in Ren & Stimpy. Kricfalusi was very likely bipolar himself, so he portrayed the character as a controlling delusional narcissist, which would often map to how he was seen in real life.. imprinting
>>
>>42578512
i mean yeah
people like me generally when i'm manic because my mood is high and im friendly but schizophrenics have flat affects which makes things a lot harder because they can come off as unfriendly.
>>
>>42577550
probably because people that have your condition and don't medicate themselves end up bothering people in public places or straight up killing others because the voice in their head said so. it's the same reason autistic people are mocked so much, they bother other people in public or end up shooting up schools.
>>
>>42582615
medication sucks
it makes you feel horrible and gives you diarrhea and insomnia and all sorts of stuff
if you can cope without meds its better
>>

Never met an autist that wasn't scared of crime, some can't even lie or really suck at it. My issue with them is that the low IQ ones are the most insufferable manchildren that treat every other adilt like their parent because they are either too lazy or confused to think for themselves
>>
>>42582615
Actually it's the normies that commit the hugely disproportionate number of violent crimes, but normies lack self awareness, so it's not surprising that you believe the opposite of the truth.
>>
>>42577917
I have been pretty secretive about being bipolar 1 for 10 years. Recently have been telling people im close to. We will see how it goes, but im starting to think I made a big mistake.

Just finished looking through an archived post on psych wards on here and it seems that the people who have went through full psychosis episodes had similar experiences. Basically a thinning of the veil, lots of extra energy, days without sleep, the world seems more like hell, seeing things that were not coincedental, increased pattern recognition, more clarity but feels like static, etc etc. Basically they are told its a chemical imbalance and their is a bug in their software, but somehow everyone had experiences that were basically all the same and those experiences needed to be shut down with chemicals.

Why is it acceptable to mock gay people?

Why is it acceptable to mock trans people?

Both groups of people which you schizos target heavily and relentlessly

i love x because nobody mocks me for being mentally lel, i had abused peyote and completly lost my mind before, like, i was wandering the streets covered up in trash gathering random items to bring to a place in the junkyard, when you are a hikki-neet loner and fuck up with your brain to the level that i did your mind will believe anything and everything has a deeper meaning that only you can see, turns out at the end, that i was not a time traveler on a secret quest to save humanity, but was in fact, a retard with a broken mind
>>
>>42583193
I don't think you are a retard with a broken mind, I think your issue was the use of peyote. Plenty of retards go on some self discovery journey through ayahausca use and get absolutely oneshotted by mesoamerican demons. I have been through multiple episodes of psychosis to the point of near death multiple times and I had Jesus Christ as my anchor and I was still pretty rekted by what I have witnessed. Its not a domain people should want to be in or try and get to. My first episode of psychosis was similar in understanding to what you experienced. After my fourth or fifth I started to see things a little more clearly. The chaos becomes a little more ordered. You finally see the world for what it is and that satan is the prince of this world. Angels and demons having an unseen tug of war with your soul and you will get very quick pinholes in this veil you are not supposed to see through. Have seen a vampire, a shapeshifter and a guy with a donkey tail. I couldn't tell you what the reason is other than its maybe to affirm others in their faith who have doubts. Multiple cycles of these mindbreaking experiences will grow you and shape you pretty quick. Its like one day waking up and theres a new color and now you are seeing more of a picture that didn't exist to you before. You try explaining the color to someone and they just call you a retard and tell you to shut up.

yeah, the last time i was munching on cacty i just stared at the clouds and sort of stayed there for hours looking at the wind, there is definetly a before and after, like, you saw reality glitching and theres no going back to regular, even more so now that i have seen real monsters, probably should make a thread about it, it was a big ball of furr, floating and the hair was moving everywhere at the same time, it was "alive" because it followed me, and did not let me continue my path, it was the first time i prayed to god, the thing laughted and just moved aside , i did not dared to look back at it
>>
>>42583000
To me the issue is "autism" is very vague. If you only listen to the cultural depiction of it, sure, you come away with one definition, but plenty of people who explicitly aren't faking it have vastly different perceptions of it. Most of psychology is bullshit.
>>42583142
So what if they do? Are you so petty?
>>
Because the general population have been conditioned to for a reason.
Leaders of culture and society would be deemed schizophrenic in modern age.
Its easier to control a census with the input of mental health and the segregation of diverse mental patterns.
>>
>>42578382
I don't hate insane ppl at all. In fact the schizos. that I have met are really amazingly sensitive and gentle ppl, but I really do dislike ppl that are basically just faking it. i.e. they have some mental issues and they sort of coopt real serious mental illness to suit their own selfish needs. see lgbtq for glaring examples.
>>
If youre told regularly from formative years that your natural pattern of building your mind is corrupted, and you dont see past that, you'll never become the threat they've spent billions to prevent.

Schizo means split and it is a noraml thing in so far as things are either connected or split. It is normal for things to be together and for things to be separate. This extends to the human mind. Generally you want to be together with good things and the bad things to be away from you.
>>
To aid educator's in the suppression of truth and good.
>>
>>42577550
It's generally used maliciously as a tactic to destroy someone's reputation. Anyone who calls someone a schizo is suspicious.
>>
>>42577550
How is this paranormal?
>>
In so far as Im a schizo Im proud of it. It makes me think for myself and often times my thinking is better than what the masses want me to believe. Isnt it usually that they say differentiated thinking is good? Now by that standard schizo thinking also is good because it makes differences. Also schizo is a broad term and people are (separate) individuals. Not many are joined by the hip and it doesn work out as well as they want you to believe. Im discerning and bringing together by associative horizon. My thinking is productive.
>>
Most people live in consensus reality and anything out of the ordinary endangers the current consensus. Consensus is what keeps the shelves stocked, though according to some elites most of this consensus leads to nothing of value and self-sufficiency at best. Meaning, you put a can of soup on the shelf and eat it yourself, producing nothing.

Some people, like scientists of certain fields, bloodliners etc. may have a more objective and functional view that doesn't depend on general consensus(not saying it's deserved or that they have the best intentions). Schizophrenics may sometimes get a glimpse behind the veil, but no avenue to do anything productive with it so it becomes a form of anarchy that psychiatry can attempt to shepherd back in line. A schizophrenic has a different way of experiencing reality, but it sadly usually comes with painful trauma.
>>
>>42583614
Anything paranormal is separate from the normal. Schizo means split. Split from the normal = paranormal

Even normies are a bit schizo if they are honest and self aware enough.
>>
>>42583651
Low effort bullshit response. There's nothing paranormal about this. Just a buncha losers whining. Who gives a shit if "normies" call me schizo or whatever the fuck else?

>>42577550

I want a schizo pride movement.
With our own nice flag and colors and little pride marches and no one can use the word schizo anymore except us with a better word like philosophers illness replacing the word schizophrenia, also I want to be acknowledged as legit shaman, seer, prophet, healer maybe messiah, something like that, and I want more schizobucks too as I cant deal with stress financial included-

Now someone able to still uphold basic function organize it.

Lesser schizos are cool.

Major schizos just seem like they're demonically possessed. Like they're totally out of control, right? But also capable of instantly sobering up and running off if someone calls the cops or choosing to stab a petite refugee girl from behind instead of some burly 6'4" guy. Definitely some malevolent intelligence there.
>>
>>42577917
You forgot to mention in the USA we have less rights than other citizens.

You don't talk about schizophrenia when you have it. You just try to survive it. Fuck all of you lying, stupid assholes. No one wants this pain, stop playing.
