>be me
>go to sleep last night
>right before i fall asleep
>my mind starts racing
>keeps repeating you died 7 years ago
>now the cycle is ending
>im completely stun locked just like in sleep paralysis
>can't talk can't move
>my inner voice keeps getting louder
>my whole body now starts spasming
>every single nerve in my body is tickling/burning
>all the air in my lungs gets forcibly pushed out
>feel like my soul literally left my body
>black out
>wake up at 4 am
>only slept like 3-4 hours no dreams no anything just darkness
>spend the next couple hours awake until dawn
anyone know or has any idea what the fuck was that about ?

Approaching this from the medical side of things first, what did you eat before that happened? I’m thinking postprandial hypotension and thermogenesis need to be ruled out, since your symptoms sort of fit an event like that
>>
>>42578338
a plate of room temp chickpeas but it was like 4 hours before i went to sleep so im pretty sure they were already digested
>>
>>42578349
Have you ever had a seizure?
>>
>>42578355
no never
>>
>>42578366
It’s probably just sleep paralysis with hypnogogic hallucinations then

Do you take any medicines or drugs? Maybe some neurotransmitter imbalance
>>
>>42578375
>Do you take any medicines or drugs?
no i don't.
>sleep paralysis with hypnogogic hallucinations
could be , i've had a couple of instances of sleep paralysis throughout the years but never this extreme

Likely an astral projection. I say this because the behavior before the "soul ejection" as well as the blackout are similar to my own experiences with astral projection.
If you're fine now, then you're fine. If you have no previous experience with astral projection, it will be a strange experience but not unnatural.
There are further questions that will be harder to answer, such as why and who.
The why has nearly limitless possibilities so I'm not wasting energy on that.
The who, that meaning the individual or collective that initiated or assisted the soul projection, has less options. Firstly, it could be yourself. Awareness states of higher dimensional perception are regularly out of reach for the untrained and unaware, but that does not mean its inactive. You could have yourself set up the conditions for your lower dimensional awareness to become aware enough of something important to start asking questions and investigating. If so, success. Keep at it, hold on to the intent to learn more about what you could be aware of.
If it was not wholly your own initiative, you may be a person of interest. I say this because of the "cycle is ending" statement. The cycle is indeed ending (just two more weeks!!!) and there are collectives that are acting, making preparations.
Regardless, I advise you to hold on to your morality in whatever form it has.
Godspeed to us all.

Another possibility is that dream imagery caused a panic attack
>>
>>42578439
aren't you supposed to be aware of the whole out of body astral projection thing ? this felt like a complete hijack and i have no memories of what might have happened (if anything ever did) during those 3-4 hours that i was lights out
>>
>>42578451
Not as a rule, but I suspect it's less common than remembering. Then there's also how much someone remembers.
In my experience, it took nearly a dozen APs to retrieve memory fragments of where i had been and what i had done, and those are only retrievable for less than an hour after coming back. It's always been a blackout for me too. Others have said to me that it varies from AP to AP how much they remember.
As a sidenote, time is a can of worms I haven't been able to digest and understand, but so far I can say with certainty that the amount of time you're blacked out here is not a 1:1 with how much time you spend out of body.
>>
so like....what happened 7 years ago?
>>
>>42578449
no thats unlikely since i wasn't asleep for the nrem process to kick off
>>
>>42578463
interesting , i always saw anons here saying that you are in control and remember what you do and where you go during the experience.
>>
>>42578472
Especially with the guides and manuals for AP that describe how easy it is. That's why I think it's more common to remember than it is to forget. I hear less of forgetting the experience than I do remembering it.
You're definitely in control during an AP, there's no doubt about that.

i had an accident where i narrowly escaped death but the thought of it never bothered me before
>>

Sounds like Jacob's Ladder mixed with Groundhog Day or Higurashi(ie, you are in 'dying'/dead dream that is on loop).

IDK, I kinda feel I might have already died too, but idk what tf happened if I did.

Closest thing to what you are saying that I experienced was when I was given twilight sedation during a rather serious infection so they could drain it.

Anyways, I remember getting the shot, then I guess I drifted off or something. Then I remember disembodied heads floating and moving around me. They were telling each other I was dead or maybe asking each other if was dead or something. I do not remember much else, just that my death or potential death was being talked about.

TBF, I was technically on drugs and sick, so you could write it off as a slight trip. And now that I think of it the heads could be the doctors working on me, looking down at me.

But the weird thing, is a few months earlier, I had twilight sedation too, and I remember absolutely nothing. They gave me the drugs, I closed my eyes knowing it was about to kick in, then I woke up without anything like that. Maybe it was a different drug or maybe it was the combination of drugs and a fever, but it was rather weird looking back at it.
>>
>>42578210
When did that happen?
>>
>>42578526
welcome to being immortal, seems like you remembered how you died
>>
>>42579560
last night
>>
>>42579572
so...whats next? its not like i felt any different from other days today
>>
>>42579572

Not necessarily, they might have died in an accident or something, and this is some kinda effed up wakeup call, assuming it was right.

>>42580137

Are you sure you died in your sleep, or do you feel like if this is true, you died because of something else?
>>
>>42580791
>Are you sure you died in your sleep
i never said i died in my sleep though
>>
>>42583113

I know.
>>
Bump for interest and importance

bump
>>
>>42578485
Honestly the reason why it seems more likely that you hear about people remembering is because I assume the people that forget don’t even realize their astral projecting most of the time.

Fungal parasites are reacting to earths rise in vibration.
Do a parasite cleanse.
Pic related.

Now 53, the original mistake reversed.
