Lemme just start by saying I know ghosts don't exist. No, I don't BELIEVE ghosts don't exist, I KNOW they don't cos I'm a sane, rational person.

However, I've noticed some odd shit in my house. Just little things like discovering the bathroom tap running when I thought I'd turned it off. I can be a bit scatter brained so I assumed i must've forgotten to turn it off. No biggie.

Then I noticed both my living room windows were closed but I had left them ajar. Again, must've forgotten I closed them, although that seems harder to mistake.

Then I came home one day and my toilet seat was down. I live alone and it's ALWAYS up.

ALWAYS.

Even after i shit I take a bit more of a piss so it's raised. That one struck me as definitely starting to be weird but again, only logical explanation is I forgot right?

Then 2 days after that my bathroom tap was running again, but this time more than before. This time I KNEW it was off when I left it.

OK, must be the old plumbing and pressure etc, must've made it unwind a bit and start running.ao I left it barely turned off to see if it would happen again but it didn't.

But after that I started reflecting on these events and together they became something I can't chalk up to forgetting. The fact I noticed it all and was surprised in itself shows me I know something happened.

So, as I said, no ghosts. But my explanations of just forgetting do not add up and I wonder wtf is going on. And yeah, I live alone. There's no gas so it can't be carbon monoxide poisoning either.
