Ever since I was 10, I hadn't had any friends or a social life. I often stayed up until 5 am. because the loneliness felt like a pain that could only be suppressed by distracting myself with my phone until I fell asleep with aching eyes. That went on for many years.Then I started reading the New Testament, beginning with the Gospel of John (it's the best book to start with). And it was such a revelation to feel accepted, it was as if a whole new world had opened up. Since then, I haven't felt alone a single day since. Jesus answers prayers. Ask Him to help you break free from negative thought patterns and he will do it. He did it multiple times for me.
