And then I asked the question of "Why am I me instead of you?" to give my knowing some metaphysical philosophy chops. I've come to the conclusion that Solipsism is true. That I am Eternal and Sovereign God.And if Solipsism were not true, then it would still be local solipsism with each conscious view point being separate from each other as eternal and sovereign Gods each over our own separate dream realities.These are the only two ontologies which answer the vertiginous question.

If you want a strong experience, put yourself in the mood with images, trinkets, etc. it builds up a concentrated stream of emotion to put into your meditation
