I'm the guy that posts about the time I punched a grey in the face when I was a young child (under 10) years old, sometimes.

The image in OP's post, is EXACTLY what the grey I punched in the face looked like.
This happened at 5:22 AM EST in the summer of 1997.
I woke up at 5:14 AM, after having roughly 2 hours of missing time the night before. (7PM-9PM) Jaws 3 was on TV, TBS or TNT, I believe.
My missing time was the entire movie. I started watching it, intro credits, then end credits, suddenly.
(As an adult, I researched MUFON archives of that evening. At 9:30 PM EST that evening, there was a red orange orb style UAP reported, roughly 30 miles from my location.)

So, I went to bed that night. The window was closed, in the room.

I woke up at 5:14 AM, and a grey that looked like OP's image, was within 2 feet of my face, staring directly at me.

I moved very slowly, and had my eyes mostly closed, trying to appear asleep still, but I know what time it was, because I was wearing a Burger King Jurassic Park watch on my left wrist, and I managed to look down at it, while feigning sleep.
I laid there until 5:22 AM.
During that time, I had many thoughts, but the being, just to my right, did not move. It stayed there, staring at me, like it wanted to see what I would do.
I eventually decided that if I were to die, I would not die without a fight.
I swung on it, as hard as I could, gave it the fullest force left hook I could muster, dead center of it's face.
If it was an adult human, I would have broken its nose.
As soon as my fist made contact with it, poof, I was on the floor of my brother's room, the window was open, and the Grey was gone.

But yeah, OP's image is verbatim, what it looked like.

I didn't have an encounter with a non human entity again, until Summer 2016 on Topsail Island, NC.
That one was Blue, and was a very different encounter.
The Blue one communicated with me.
It also, was non-biological.
The Blue one shared a lot of information with me.

That's friendly. You don't have to worry about the Blue ones. They have a direct interest in protecting you, and everyone else on this world.
If you encounter a Blue, slightly shorter than an adult human height. Fuzzy looking. That's them.
If you get close enough, you'll see that the "fuzz" is a mesh network of nano machines, working synchronously to create the humanoid shape.

If you encounter a Blue NHI by that description. I am telling you. That is friendly, but don't piss it off.
If you did anything hostile to it, it would fuck your shit right up. I promise. You don't want smoke from the Blue ones.
It can control you directly. They tend not to do that, but if you get hostile it will do so immediately, and their offensive abilities are extremely high energy.
Don't test them.
They are easily above Kardashev 1, probably 2, maybe 3.

It's exact state, wasn't made fully clear to me, but the Blue have a mastery of time travel, and can create stars.
Make of that what you will.
Don't fuck with them. They have zero patience at all, for human activity.
They are mission oriented and do not have touchy feely empathy.
If you encounter one, it probably needs you to do something, or it is trying to provide information to you.
They don't joy ride interaction.
Blue contact, is serious business shit. Only.

I am convinced after my encounter with both.
The Greys will not fuck with the Blues at all.
In all likelihood, the Blue ones are probably why the Greys don't just own this planet and fuck us all.

I'm not going into every detail of my Blue encounter.
But here's what I will disclose in this thread.
I was one of three humans present for the Blue encounter.
I know who the other two were, that were there, but their memory of the event was wiped.
During the encounter I asked the Blue why it was interacting with me, because the other two were doctoral level people. I was just a random fucking guy, by comparison.
It told me this: "Because you helped me once."

I helped it a second time, during the encounter.
For helping it the second time, it allowed me to retain some memories of the event.

I don't know how I helped it the first time.
It did not tell me what I did.
I'm not particularly great at anything, I understand low level machine logic, electronics, circuitry, some coding and scripting, networking, and I can solder, wire splice, and weld.
If I had to guess, it probably had me work on something that required some combination of my skill set, but in a capacity that it was unable to perform that work itself. (Maybe it needed a biological to do that work on something? Maybe due to high EMF/interference. It's body was a shitload of networked nano machines. It probably would have issues with repairs/maintenance in high EMF/noise areas, that a biological entity could operate in, that it could not.)
Whatever it was, I guess I agreed to do it.

That's my assumption. I don't really know.

It shared some very specific information with me, and opened my eyes about the reality around us.

"Zoo hypothesis" is close, but not quite right.

If something attacked Earth, I have a very strong belief, based on what I was allowed to remember, that those Blue ones, would shut it's shit right down.
The Blues protect this world, and by extension, us. They just don't want to be involved with us in a day to day basis.
They interact when necessary, no more.
They can also manipulate human memory, and their SOP is to wipe people, the vast majority of the time.
