I have a 5G detector in my room. I monitor what my goyphone does. I am now certain it deliberatly activates during meditation or other high cognition efforts to enforce doomscrolling or other low vibration behavior.

Due to my audio setup, and gemotery of the room my computer is in, I found that my tube amp is destructively interefered with by 5G emitters like my wifi router and my cellphone, so I isolated the router and position my cellphone by the output to monitor when it activates, I dont have a spreadsheet though. I actually am not savvy enough with EMF things to say why it works, just a happy accident.
