People are copies of one another, every time you interact with someone you can already guess what they will say. The only way to stop this is to never talk to anyone ever again and wait for death to arrive

Thoughts are both recieved and conjured.
Every thought you have had enter your brain is just a bunch of psychic residue bouncing around that came from other people.
You receive a thought, and you react to it, and you therefore conjure another thought by your reaction that goes into the collective.
That is it, that's what that stuff is.
Being alone can serve the purpose of allowing you to become aware of this process, however, it's usually just the product of generations of bad thought culminating in a physical form that is both undesirable and tuned to the negative thought field.
