There are probably a bunch of different ways to tune in to your intuition, but it doesn't have to be related to lack of sexual experience.
I hate to say it guys, and I say this as somebody who has never had a woman, there are no rewards and benefits for not having a woman.

So, if you are a materialist and don't believe in any sort of afterlife there is indeed no benefit in staying a virgin.
Otherwise however it's not that clear-cut.

Very hard (if possible at all) to find one that is "crazy" enough to not be interested in all that shit, but also not too crazy to deal with at all otherwise.

If you are touch-starved you can try going to bars or other such places and as long as you aren't particularly spergy or ugly you can get some hugs and amicable interactions from foids. Works for me, but it's ultimately meaningless ofc.
