>>42625336I've basically checked everything in your list. You need one thing only: yoga nidra. And then read up on Flow State and Wu Wei. This will create a foundation for your new health. Basically you are chronically tired.
Fun fact: 100% of pain is in your head.
>>42625340Does yoga nidra help produce a sense of "safety" in the nervous system?
>>42625366The opposite of anxiety? Yeah, along with self-efficacy, you gain back muscle mass, you stop being ill and fragile. The sense of being unsafe is your natural neurotransmitters firing up as normal but in a spent, chronically tired, shell of a body. When you finally start paying your rest-debt and start relaxmaxxing you feel relief and pleasure, even though your dopamine and other catecholamines go down when you relax. Dopamine itself is a prediction signal, the prediction can be good(safety), neutral, or bad(unsafety), it's not necessarily a pleasant molecule. An SSRI creates safety by basically Forcing your dopamine down by raising serotonin until your body rests, and with a few weeks in the dopamine peaks give you a feeling notoriously more neutral and even positive(though blunted due to the serotonin), with less lack of safety felt. Your shell of a body is damaged, so it's natural you feel unsafe, and the only way to fix it is to rest, there is no other way. Be it forceful(awful ssris or benzos) or by Obeying your desire to rest and relax more, a desire which you already have. For reference, look for the completely relaxed state necessary in the Induction phase of hypnosis, you need that depth of relaxation. Ignore completely people who say "anxiety is just a state in your head bro": no it isn't, you have actual physical damage in your body and nervous system that needs fixed through rest.

>>42625426You can calm down by increasing your GABA levels; valerian is super powerful for that. Also, you can stabilize your dopamine levels with Panax ginseng, which is a neuromodulator—it helps increase dopamine if it's too low or reduce it if it's too high.>>42625336Try t.r.e to reduse stress stuck in your body

>>42625336>>42625584Isometric workout One of the best exercises to reduce blood pressure... super simple... get into a push-up position, lower yourself, hold the position for 1 minute... then stop. You immediately feel a sense of relief... you exhale and it makes a big "haaaaa" of relief. No need to look for a specific workout; if you already have one, you can just do the exercises you usually do isometrically. This helps develop your strength for your usual exercises. Also Rock balancing It's a super fun way to meditate.
