Baiting or entrapment where victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a crime such as assault, break and enter or vandalism, as they try and locate the source of the harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke verbal and physical confrontations especially after a period of sleep deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity which can then be used as leverage such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal activity.

Gaslighting which is a form of psychological abuse where someone will actively try undermine victims and to make them doubt themselves so that they lose all self confidence and self esteem and are therefor easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health pathway. It can be as simlpe as being told something which they then deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it, and turn the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be incredibly effective coming from a trusted person and before the victim understands what is happening to them.

Maybe a longshot, but has anyone ever had anonymous drug packages sent to your place. A couple years ago, spaced over like 6 months, I received 3 packages with randomized fake return addresses, sent to my name and address, and they straight up contained a mysterious green package that looked like a dark web order. I opened it up and in the container there were little dark purple crystals, but I didnt try any or feel like it'd be right to give it to anyone so I wrapped it in duct tape and dumped it in the trash.
I moved out of that state shortly after and there hasnt really been anything of note since then. I just wonder ....

What you are describing would be very easy to trace back to where the order was placed from by authorities. You might get in trouble for opening the package, though.

The people who have had this done to them are often involved in setups or accusations they aren't aware of.
It is as easy as parking near the person, or passing by them when they are out and making accusations
If they place the same person at locations where the target frequents, then they can say they are being stalked.
If they pass by the target, they can take a video and say that the person harassed or groped them.
This isn't shared with the target or posted publicly in many cases, since it would be easy to disprove and sue for defamation.
Teens are often used for this since their identity can be concealed during an investigation.
There isn't much you can do about it.

If there was an investigation, a person can do a freedom of information request after 5 years, but the names will be redacted since teens are often used for the setups.
If there wasn't enough evidence for an investigation, the information is still spread privately to cause trouble for the person.

Smaller stuff happens when you just don't work. I feel like you have a debt to society, if your score is below that, you will be put in a bad category (social credit). This is much more subtle and hard to prove. (Instant uptick in software issues, for example). Basically, your experience is FAR worse than what you expect when on mainstream hardware and software for an average user (consistently, across every service you use). Often direct harassment.

Capabilities (compiled over many perceived abnormalities):
