I have an Identical twin and there have been times in my life where we were separated by 1000s of km, and something traumatic or painful was afflicted unto them and I was able to sense it.I've also heard many anecdotes of parents knowing that something bad happened to their child prior to being informed.Perhaps because we are genetically similar with similarly formed brains I am more attune to their thoughts.Maybe we're all a bit telepathic but it's impossible to process complex higher level thoughts and there is too much noise to process lower level thoughts unless you're very attuned and/or have trained the ability

When I was a baby my older sister and I "talked" with telepathy. For some reason we lost that ability later.However it's not like in movies, you don't hear the voice of the person, and it's not english words (or whatever language you speak), you receive information, pure meaning, the language of the brain.

I remember spamming numbers in my head constantly and my dad repeating them. I didn't say a single thing. I didn't even whisper anything. Complete silence from me. But I kept spamming numbers in my head, and my dad kept repeating them out loud. That's how I know telepathy is real. But, people will say I'm lying or that I'm fabricating the story. It's real and learnable, but some people are simply better at it than others. I've considered trying to start a "telepathy school" but the nature of the thing requires a lot more than just sending ideas and words between two brains. There's a whole sea of psychic phenomenon that needs to be approached with care, and trying to get telepathic communication without the rest of it is a bit like trying swim in the ocean without getting microorganisms on you. A dear friend and I confirmed that we can manage it, but we also confirmed that other entities notice when you unlock it.

That said, I have done pre-sleep meditations to request dream contact and I wear a special meteorite/crystal that enhances my dream abilities, and there's a noticeable difference in how vivid things appear to me when I do these things.
