Over the past year or so during the night I noticed a black car parked on the street near my house sometimes that blinks a little red light and it's visible from the window of my house. And when it's late at night I sometimes see a red light flicker for a second on my balcony. What are the chances I'm being gangstalked with a thermal camera?
It's an anti-theft system. Do you not have a car?
