We're souls dropped into these fleshy multicellular suits, billions of small cities working in conjunction.

The cells themselves are comprised of octillions of different atoms, each one bound and linked together with purpose.

Even the most devout atheists I've met have given credence to the idea that there is something far greater than themselves. They hesitate to call it spiritual, but it's a feeling no one can quite put their finger on.

It feels as though every waking moment is spent distracting ourselves from the overwhelming complexity of the universe around us. It's vastness is frightening to linger on. The laws and physics that define our existence seem to increase in these factors the more we learn about them.

Does anyone else get these snapshot moments, almost like your conscious is pulled out of something routine to recognize its magnificence?

It could be a conversation with a coworker, hearing bad news about a loved one, a mundane task at work. But sometimes I feel as though my mind exits my body to recognize just how fractional my situation is. How these moments and feelings are but fleeting slices of time. A time in which all of the round spherical masses that I'm made of, and distinctly govern my reality, have aligned to make such a painting of comprehension, emotion, and understanding.

It just seems like impossibilities surround us, including our awareness and comprehension of such, make up our daily lives. Sometimes I find it ridiculous.
