Is the phenomenon of people seeing a disturbing or at least slightly eerie tv show or somesuch, then finding out it was not real or just never being able to tract it down at least slightly common, or is it mostly a Creepypasta trope(Candle Cove and Saki Sanobashi)? And no, I know of the concepts of lost media and Mandela Effects, this is different imo.I personally have one:>Made no later than 2012 or 2013>Was liveaction >Was a show, not a film >Came on free tv, though it might have been on cable or satellite too>Aired in the daytime >Genre was horror >Aimed at teens>Opening had a picture of a frog jumping in slow motion, as well as a pentagram or pentacle that is briefly shown, alongside a kinda ominous song>One episode had one of the characters getting trapped in a mirror somehow I have looked for years and have never found it, nor has anyone else. I know I was not the only one to know about it as my late grandmother was the one that told me about the show, iirc It is possibly just very obscure and hard to find, and thus lost media, but I feel like I should have found it by now. I kinda get the vibe something /x/ made me see it, but idk.Anyways, you anons have anything similar happen to you? Thanks in advance as always!

I remember a Messin' With Sasquatch where Sasquatch hacked them up with an ax.
>>42664678I remember seeing this.nǰ
>>42664310I remember the ending of Castaway being the main character flying to Australia and disappearing in the outback (with the vibe that he is now 'wild' and can't integrate into human society so he found another place to get lost in). It was quite dark and depressing and I think the scenes before it were of him being humiliated/alienated?. Obviously the ending is nothing like that at all and idk how I remember that
>>42667551I also have another one I posted about already.I remember the ending of Amnesia: The Dark Descent being like 4 dark hallways, where the player had to gather ingredients to make a potion. You then had to apply it to Alexander (making him mortal/vulnerable) and stab him with a dagger, to kill him. It was pretty cool. The actual ending is now he's just levitating above some stone pillars and you have to push them over. He doesn't even die and it takes place in one room.Weirdly at the start, the player still finds a note that implies Daniel (the MC) will kill him pretty directly. But now in this timeline that's an empty plot point that doesn't get followed through.
