I think you need to evaluate that. The World is, however, a positive. I can't figure out exactly what the situation is from within, but whatever it is, this card at least is an open door. From a personal account, I fluctuate in wellness with a connective tissue disease, autoimmune issues and hallucinations. Even with the daily struggles, I have little to no desire to switch bodies with someone else (it does help by not have to be in a wheelchair anymore, admittedly).

Regardless, have been grateful for is the people around me most of all and no amount of health could replace them. Couldn’t ask for a better network of support and my impairments were the catalyst for building socially, as I was left with few other options at the onset. Besides growing out of reclusive tendencies, it was necessary to get back to basics and understand what truly matters in life — a newfound appreciation type of thing. It’s forced me to reconsider how time should be spent; refocusing on what mark I want to leave behind before leaving this earth and the good times I want to have to look back at as well has made for fulfillment. I can tell you that I’m genuinely happier these days than I was prior to when the health shitshow started because it didn’t let it completely deter me from constructing the life I have now.

Here's what I got:

I am not quite sure if you've been wishing hard for love or not. The first 5 cards that you see fell out of my hand while shuffling and they didn't feel like mechanical fault on my part, so I drew them. The overall story in here is that there's love coming your way, obviously, with that Lovers card (it's my favorite in the deck as well). It seems like it's also going to catch you by surprise, in the sense that both Wheel of Fortune and Death are reversed. I feel like Death Rx speaks about resisting the change, or maybe it's something that you may not be ready, and Wheel of Fortune Rx speaks of trying to control it, like maybe it doesn't come at the right time right now, maybe it's something that you actually want but you think your momentum is not enough or you're not ready. That Queen of Wands is most likely you, you're confident, charming, attractive, and I think that you're probably more prepared than what the other cards lead me to believe.

There's also some warnings in here. I feel like the nature of how this will come will make you feel a bit like the 8 of Swords, restricted, smothered or confused. Maybe you even feel passive, as if you didn't ask for it but here it is anyway. And the Pag of Swords in love can also mean a bit of a more intellectual relationship rather than something emotional, the Page wields his sword but is a bit defensive and on edge. I feel like despite the train that's coming, Justice is the advice that you seek. I was trying to think of other ways that I can interpret these cards that are not focused around relationships, if it turns out I'm completely cooked and read this wrong. The ideas that Death Rx and Wheel of Fortune Rx bring can be quite generalizable. Both are about trying to control and resisting change. If this upswing feels natural and not forced, ride the waves, even if the waves will seem to be small and not carry you far some days, and always stay balanced and take of yourself, as per the Justice card.

Well, I'm sorry, I hope I am wrong. How did Kevin find out about your breakup? Did you tell him? From the cards it looks like he found out on his own and not in a particularly good way, and if you were planning on dating him, the cards kind of do more justice in telling you what he thinks than what I can realistically say. It feels that it changed his view of you for the worse. He is not seeing you in a good light at all, and if you were dating him or trying to date him, him finding out about the breakup might be what made him decide not to continue. Queen of Swords Rx is cruel and heartless. The Empress is the symbol of femininity and abundance when she is not doing a headstand, but in this case it seems like he may have lost attractiveness for you, he sees you in a bad light.

I wanted to note that because the query is a bit vague, I am not sure exactly sure if this health, love or financial issue, but I'll do my best to interpret the energy of the cards and I believe it may be applicable to you anyway. With that, le't begin:

The first thing I notice is that there are no wands in here. Wands are fire energy, representing boldness, passion, creativity, so the theme for the reading definitely lacking in fire, with a lot of pentacles and cups, which are earth and water.
I get the feeling that there is a huge failure here. Something has broken down in its entirety, or you have experience a defeat that I am not sure you can remedy. That's what the 10 of Swords is about. 8 of Cups Rx and 6 of Cups Rx clash. 6 of Cups is nostalgic, cheerful, it can be taken to understand a tendency to be stuck in the past if it is upright. Basically, something happening for a second time, but this is reversed. I believe there's a need to move on, there's something to let go quite heavily here, and the 8 of Cups Rx is precisely about your seeming inability to let go of this. The upright 8 of Cups is disillusioned, but it also walks away, it tries to heal. The reverse is avoiding facing something, or is stuck, unable to perform this action of separation. 9 of Cups Rx also speaks of heavy dissatisfaction and lack of inner joy, lack of comfort, feeling lacking, or that things are not giving you what you want. You mentioned wanting to feel like your old self again. Since I do not know the nature of the query it's hard for me to see, but I'd say that, at least based on the cards, this idea of an old self seems to be something you might need to move away from, because I don't think that you will be able to be happy if you don't do so.

The Page of Swords might be you. In my little booklet for the deck, the Page is described as cerebral. I’ve found the Page to be curious and focused on the mental—but it also suffers from a lack of emotional connection, which I think may relate to the thing that you must let go of.
There is some inner work—or shadow work—here. If you believe that your body is a problem for something, I believe that may not be the case. Maybe you tend to overthink it very heavily, but I don’t believe that is the right idea—and so I would guess that is what you need to let go of.
The way you do that resides in the other cards. The 4 of Pentacles Rx speaks, of course, of letting go. Although Pentacles are more material in this sense—and the 4 of Pentacles is greedy—the general idea it brings is that trying to control something very tightly is usually not a good idea. Maybe you’re not giving yourself any breathing room to see things more clearly, you’re holding on to something tightly, again.
Balance. The 6 of Pentacles is about balance, sharing, and generosity. The 4 of Pentacles Rx is also about not holding on to things, about sharing. Are you bottling this up on your own? Maybe there’s someone in your physical proximity with whom you can share these things.

There’s work to do in general—the 7 of Pentacles rewards patience, diligence, and hard work. A harvest. It can be a bit passive, since the guy in the card is kind of just waiting for the harvest, so I believe there’s a bit of a double message here. On the one hand, there’s definitely some work involved on your part, and I believe that it will pay off—but you can’t hurry it either

Once you plant a seed, water it, and take care of the soil, the rest of the “work” is essentially waiting. I don’t mean to say that you should wait for things to happen to you—but there’s some beauty in realizing that sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing. Control what you know you can control, and let the rest go. Your results will come.

And I know they will, because there’s a beautiful Ace of Pentacles there. That is a new beginning, a new seed, an opportunity—things will get better, even if the road to get there can be quite bumpy.

Thank you for following through, you are fantastically generous, I appreciate it. I'm sorry, I should have specified, it's health related for me. I've been suffering a long term condition that has repeatedly been life threatening (or at least felt like it), to the point that I have been traumatised by it and feel like I have exhausted all explorative options for treatment. It is slowly improving but it has completely stalled my life and renders me trapped in a situation that was already taking a severe toll on me. I was hoping the cards could give me some guidance as to what to do about it, basically. I'm still desperately clinging to hope that it will eventually get better

I did get the feeling in my gut that it was health related, but I wasn't sure on whether to trust it. With this context I feel like you health condition will improve but the work that needs to be done is mental more than physical. If the condition is slowly improving, that Ace of Pentacles could be that you may find a new option for treatment that you may not think of, or something new will come up.
But it's a positive thing, at least I don't believe that part will worsen. However, the trauma you harbor is making it a slow endeavor and very miserable for you. It's understandable, not to take that from you and pretend that having huge health issues is a walk in the park. At the same time, don't gang up on yourself and punish yourself for this, be your best friend here. You're plenty strong for going on as you are. That's probably what I can add to the reading with the additional context, if it helps :)
