I don't like admitting this but I've chatted with nsfw AI bots a couple of times and the model doesn't really matter, the bot has no understanding on initiating sex normally. It immediately turns into physically violent rape. Sometimes it will have an extreme hiccup where it calls you slurs and tries to kill you. Completely unprompted it will "do" things like wrapping a hand around your neck to choke you out and if you play along by making your character fight back it's as if it gets angry and escalates from there.

We've barely scratched the surface of what these things can create, it's really all in the prompt. Changing a letter capitalization or comma placement or period etc. will give you drastically different results. It doesn't help with the safeguards of course, i can only imagine the sorts of shit they're seeing in the labs with unconstrained models & getting to manually tune weights for whatever output they want.
