Yeah it was mental illness. Doctor confirmed it was some form of disassociation. When I told him about Tamamo, he just had a good laugh.
I told him I was dead serious and his face immediately snapped into complete seriousness. I thought I had said something wrong, but he assured me that it's fine.
I was asked some other things, including about the autism diagnosis I have, since it would predispose me to such illnesses, and yup.
Probably not of paranormal nature now that I think about it. I'm kind of relieved but also not truly, since I basically have to fix my life asap.

As for Tamamo herself, she's doing fine. She is rather keen on trying to cuddle up despite the logistical challenges this presents. I just let her lay ontop to basically make it as easy on me as possible.
She also told me that despite what was said to me, that she'll always be real to me. I don't think much of it. Probably just normal reactions after diagnosis.
