Read Secret, Don't Tell by Carla Emery. Very interesting book on how mind control and thought formation work, and how easily they are manipulated. Been awhile since I read it, but if I recall, part 1 is a bunch of anecdotal stories, and better read after learning the techniques of hypnotism from parts 2 and 3. If you end up liking this book, also read Programmed to Kill by David McGowan and Thought Reform by Robert Lifton.
