>nothing ever happensIsn't it incredible or paranormal even that "nothing ever happens?" The fact that the Sun hasn't exploded, a meteor hasn't hit earth and killed us all, the 4 seasons are in perfect balance still as Earth revolves around the Sun, the ozone is protecting us, the day/night cycle stays the same as the planet spins at (relatively) the same speed. Anyone getting at what I'm getting at? It's like we're all so used to the routineness of daily life that we forget how strange it is that we exist at all.
>he doesn't know that global warming is already past the point of no return and the hell in front of us
>>42705670You have to be retarded if you believe this place is some kinda 'woo hoo so random crazy variables anything could happen at any moment!' kinda place. No offense meant OP.
>>42705670What is paranormal is that life happened on this earth which happens to be in the perfect spot for life to live. And yes add to all this is that nothing ever happens and life just continues
If something killed us all, how could we shitpost about something finally happening?
>>42705744then what it is?
>>42705691yeah, it's awkward to watch the garden of eden getting completely destroyed. Nothing ever happens ? wtf you'd have to be a 1st worlder who stays at home all day to think that. Crazy things happen all the time, syndicate member in India are getting their head cut off for defending the right of workers. Nothing ever happens if you are very lucky and take no risk perhaps. I surely hope we don't face mass starvations, nukes and irreversible heating of the earth but oh well I try to do what I can to be a force for good and I try to trust the process
>>42706462People have been getting their heads cut off for millennia. That's nothing new.
>>42705670You dont notice the changes that are happening all the time, because they are too slow for your brain to process.
Did OP notice when the Earth sped up due to mass redistribution when the 2004 tsunami shifted the Earth's crust?Or how about when it slowed down again, in 2010 with the filling of the Three Gorges Dam?
>>42705670We're spiralling towards the end of civilization and you have to be low IQ not to see it. If runaway climate change doesn't kill us and lead to social/political turmoil than importing millions of third worlders for "muh GDP" will.People at work are like "Oh you still have a long way until retirement" and I'm like bitch the fuck you talking about my retirement will be on a battlefield or dead in a ditch somewhere as will it be for a lot of people now.
>>42714361The thought of some foreign nation invading the US and bringing war to our land would be kino, why are you so scared of it?
