What is cat afterlife like?

It was a friendly dog, really liked people, only knew it for a few months. But here was it's shadow, in my new house, and only for a few days too.My pet shadow from 15 years ago stayed for almost a year.A separate pet - his brother, I had the most vivid dream of my life. He was sitting where my mom ways and still does put her purse. He was always ridiculously smart. He taught ME about people. He was sitting where she puts her purse, in order to be noticed - to be sure there is 0 chance my mom would not notice him.I only had that dream once.It was over a year after he was put down, too, which is also not the norm. God. That would be over 20 years ago now... I wouldn't blame him if he wasn't there anymore. I don't know if he would be... which makes me feel bad not knowing... I guess I'm not sure I would have waited 20 years going on a other 20........ I would check the spot in the afterworld, but I'm can't say for certain I would wait.I would certainly like to see him again.And maybe that's love, waiting so they see you again, not because you want to see them... look at him still teaching me.I'm sad now, OP.We share a similar afterlife for some portion. >>42711216I love how the assumption of everyone in this thread is that cats are their own unique souls apart from human souls, because that's exactly how I feel too. I think cat souls have slightly difference lessons to learn here, so I imagine their afterlife reflects that. My guess also is that it's much easier for cats to escape this place than humans.
